Come and behold Him.

There’s no better way to begin the week than gathering together to worship the One who is worthy of it all.

What do you do when God gives you more promise than proof?

Abram didn’t have the fulfillment in front of him—he had the promises of God, and he believed Him.

Abram wanted proof, but he was given a promise. We have been given both. We have God’s promises, and we have seen them fulfilled in Jesus Christ—the sure and steadfast hope that anchors our souls.

“Abram believed the Lord, and He counted it to him as righteousness.” — Genesis 15:6

Abram wanted proof, but God gave him a promise. We have been given both—the promises of God and their fulfillment in Jesus Christ, the sure and steadfast anchor of our souls.

There is value in gathering together. In worshiping together, sitting under the Word together, and simply spending time with one another.

In Genesis 1, we meet Elohim—the powerful Creator who speaks creation into existence.

But in Genesis 2, when God forms humanity, Scripture calls Him YHWH Elohim.

The powerful Creator is also the personal God.

He forms man from the dust, breathes life into him, and makes Himself known to His creation.

He is YHWH—merciful and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.

He is powerful, but He is also personal.
