You can't work your way into the Kingdom. No ritual, no tradition gets natural man into the spirit realm — you have to be born into it.
Jesus told the woman at the well: there's a place you'll worship that's not "here" or "there." It's in the realm of the spirit, where you become one with Him.

In the temple, the priest never inspected the person bringing the offering. He only checked that the sacrifice was perfect, without blemish. As long as it met the requirements, everything else was taken care of.

Jesus is your sacrifice. He’s perfect. Every accusation, every mistake, every past, nailed to the cross.

So stop inspecting yourself and start trusting the sacrifice.
