You know what? Trouble showed up this week! Car acted funny, money looked funny, people acted funny! BUT GUESS WHAT? We don't cry about trouble. WE TURN IT!

HOW TO FLIP TROUBLE TO TERRIFIC:

1. LAUGH AT THE TROUBLE! 😂
The devil thought he had you stressed, but you giggled! Joy confuses the enemy!

2. FIND THE GOLD IN THE GUTTER! ✨
Every trouble has a treasure! That flat tire? Saved you from an accident. That "No"? Saved you from the wrong door!

3. TELL TROUBLE IT'S FIRED! 🔥*
You're not a trouble-maker, you're a trouble-BREAKER! You don't have bad luck, you have GOOD GOD!

4. POST YOUR TERRIFIC! 📣

🛠️ WEDNESDAY WORD: NOW BUILD WITH THE PIECES!!! WHOOT... WHOOT... 🛠️

On Monday & Tuesday we picked up the pieces... but today? TODAY WE BUILD!!!

God never wastes broken pieces. What hurt you will be what BUILDS you! He is the Master Builder!

"Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." ~~~ Psalm 127:1

WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?

1. BUILD A NEW MINDSET
You can't build a new life with an old way of thinking. Let God renew your mind!

🙏🏽 "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." ~~~ Romans 12:2

2. BUILD NEW BOUNDARIES
This time you build wiser. What broke you won't get access to break you again. Peace over people-pleasing!

🙏🏽 "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." ~~~ Proverbs 4:23

3. BUILD IN SECRET SEASON
God is building you in private for what He will show in public. No announcement, just work! Let the results talk!

AND REMEMBER:

God uses broken things beautifully! Japanese art called Kintsugi repairs broken pottery with GOLD. The break makes it MORE valuable! IT IS YOU!!!

💔 MONDAY + TUESDAY WORD: PICK UP THE PIECES ❤️‍🩹

Because I missed Monday's posting, you are getting a double dose this evening.

Sometimes life leaves us in pieces. A relationship ends, a door closes, plans change. It feels like everyone else is moving forward while we are still hurting. It is easy to stay stuck looking back at what was.

But God didn't call us to stay broken. He called us to pick up the pieces.

😇 "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." ~~~ Psalm 147:3

HOW DO WE PICK UP THE PIECES?

1. FOCUS ON BUILDING YOUR EMPIRE
Your life, your business, your credit, your health needs a focused YOU, not a heartbroken YOU. Get locked in on what God gave YOU to build.

😇 "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." ~~~ Proverbs 16:3

2. MOVE QUIETLY & MYSTERIOUSLY
Don't broadcast your healing for applause. Don't expose your next chapter for attention. What God is doing in private will speak in public. Move in silence.

😇 "...even fools are thought wise if they keep silent." ~~~ Proverbs 17:28
😇 "...your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you." ~~~ Matthew 6:4

3. GO UNBOTHERED FOR REAL
Peace is a discipline. Guard your heart, guard your mind, guard your feed. Protect your peace for 90 days. No noise. Just growth.

😇 "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." ~~~ Isaiah 26:3
😇 "Finally, whatever is true, whatever is noble... think about such things." ~~~ Philippians 4:8

4. TAKE FULL ACCOUNTABILITY & REBUILD
Healing starts with honesty. Own your part, learn the lesson, and let God fix what was broken. Don't repeat the cycle, redeem it.

😇 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us." ~~~ 1 John 1:9
😇 "Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy." ~~~Proverbs 28:13

REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE:

You are not someone who begs. You are not someone who falls apart.

You are royalty. You are chosen. You are being rebuilt.

"To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning." ~~~ Isaiah 61:3

Kings don't chase. Queens don't chase. Kings BUILD. Queens BUILD. We correct ourselves. We become what we attract.

POWERFUL CLOSING:

So today, stop bleeding over what broke you. Pick up the pieces and build something greater with them. Your ashes are turning into beauty. Your mourning is turning into joy. Your test is turning into testimony.

This is not the end of your story. This is where your comeback begins. Wipe your face, fix your focus, and STRAIGHTEN YOUR CROWN!

SUNDAY'S REFLECTION ☀️

GREETINGS, RAC FAMILY 🫂🙌

🙏🏾 FOCUS SCRIPTURE: PSALM 118:24
PEOPLE ARE INTENTIONAL. 💯

If they care, they will show it. They will apologize when they are wrong, explain their side with respect, and honor your time. They will not gaslight you or dismiss your feelings.

I am learning to give GRACE and MERCY, because we are all imperfectly perfect. Sometimes people hurt us without intending to, and sometimes their thought process just isn't fair. Not every negative interaction means they don't love you.

So I am learning to find BALANCE:

Take what people CAN offer. Place them in the PURPOSE of your life where they fit best. Still do YOU. Still keep your joy, your smile, and your peace. Still keep your goals in front of you

And most importantly — DON'T SULK TODAY AND RUIN YOUR BLESSINGS FOR TODAY. This is the day that the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad in it! 🙏🏾

Your joy is your strength. Your smile is your power. Your future is brighter than this moment.

Keep your head up and your heart open. 💖🌻

RAC POSTING: WHEN THE DOOR CLOSES, GOD IS STILL WRITING.

Real 🟰 Authentic 🟰 Christ-Centered

🙏🏽 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God” ~~~
Romans 8:28

Losing a job can feel like losing your breath.
One day you are providing. The next day you are praying for provision. One mistake. One diagnosis. One meeting. Door closed.

But here is what Heaven wants you to know today:

💫 A closed door is not a closed destiny.
💫 Sometimes the thing that takes you out is the very thing God will use to take you up.
💫 Joseph lost the coat before he got the crown.
💫 David was overlooked before he was anointed.
💫 The setback is not the end of the story. It is the setup for the testimony.

Maybe you found out you have a condition you did not know about. Maybe the enemy tried to use it to label you “Unreliable” or “Unworthy.”
But the American Disability Act (ADA) protects you, and the Alpha and Omega covers you.

God does not need your record to be perfect to restore you. He needs your heart to be humble and your faith to be loud.

So if you are walking into a hard meeting this week:

1. Own what is yours: Responsibility opens ears.
2. Bring the facts: Wisdom + documentation beats emotion.
3. Ask boldly: You have not because you ask not.
4. Trust deeply: If God closes it, He has something better.

Your job is not your source. God is. Your boss is not your provider. Jehovah, Jireh is.

☺️ Do not let shame keep you silent.
☺️ Do not let fear keep you seated.
☺️ Get Up. Get Dressed. Go Back. Speak Up.
☺️ And let God do what only God can do.

✔️ Somebody reading this is one “YES” away from restoration.
✔️ Somebody reading this is about to get the call that says “We Reconsidered."
✔️ Somebody reading this needs to hear: This is not how your story ends.

WE ARE RAC 🟰
Real ✝️ Authentic.✝️ Christ-Centered.

🙏🏽 FOCUS SCRIPTURE: "My son, pay attention to my wisdom, turn your ear to my words of insight” ~~~ Proverbs 5:1

Wisdom is talking. Are we listening? Proverbs 5:1 ain’t just for Solomon’s son. It’s for us. Right Now! God is saying: “Tune in before you tap out.”

😟 The enemy loves to catch us distracted.
😟 Notifications popping. Bills piling. Pain screaming.
☺️ But wisdom whispers.

If we don’t turn our ear, we will turn our life over to regret and shambles.

Some of us learned the hard way:

✔️ Didn’t Listen → Made the Call → Took the Loss → Felt the Crash.

But grace says: The lesson is not lost if you are still breathing.

✔️ Today, Stop ● Pay Attention ● Turn Your Ear ● Listen
✔️ Because God’s Chosen Word will save you from making bad decisions.

Wisdom is prevention. Rebellion is prescription meds after the damage. Choose wisdom. Your future self is begging you to do ao.

Now, you are the presiding President of Pennsylvania National Association of Multicultural Education. You are the movement. Keep Shining. The world needs your voice and your vision. You are not just educating. You are elevating. You are not just advising. You are anointing the next generation.

For 20 years, Ashia has poured into students and educators across Pennsylvania. She started as a second-grade teacher and now serves as Advisor of School Community Engagement at Upper Merion Area School District, where she helps students feel seen, heard, and valued.

Ashia created Chit, Chat, Chew, a welcoming space where high school students talk openly about student voice, goal setting, and college and career readiness. She also serves as President of the Pennsylvania National Association for Multicultural Education.

SPECIAL SPIRITUAL SUNDAY 😇 8/23/2026

TESTIMONY TIME: SUFFERING SINNER TO REDEEMED SAINT 💔💜

I was so discouraged that I stopped posting.
I fell into divers of sin and subjected myself to fleshly desires. I was suffering in silence. I felt forsaken. I felt finished.

But God!!!

I cried out: Forgive Me Lord, For I Have Sinned. And He answered: "I never left you. I never quit you. I never cancelled your calling."

🙏🏾 1 John 1:9 says if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
🙏🏾 Romans 8:1 says there is now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.

😇 I am not what I did. I am what He called me.
😇 I am not my fall. I am His redeemed.
😇 I am not forsaken. I am forgiven.

The enemy told me to stay down. Grace told me to get up. Shame told me to stay silent. God told me to speak again.

SO, I AM BACK:

✔️ Not Perfect, But Purified.
✔️ Not sinless. But saved.
✔️ Not finished. But fortified.

If you have been in a dark place, hear me:
Your detour is not your destiny. Your mess is not your message, but God can turn it into one. Your fall is not final. Your comeback is coming.
