21 DAYS OF GLORY 2024
Our Year of “Divine Manifestation”

Day 21 Prayer Points: January 28, 2024

1. Thank God for showing Himself strong and mighty in our midst and in your life.

Psalm 118:15
Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: “The LORD’s right hand has done mighty things!

2. Thank God for victory on every side.

Psalm 48:1
“Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.”

3. Pray that the Word of God will abound on your lips so you can experience the manifestation of His Word in your life.

Joshua 1:8
“This Book of the Law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein. For then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”

4. Pray that You will be a soul winner for God’s kingdom. Pray for passion for lost souls.

Proverbs 11:30
“The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; And he that winneth souls is wise.”

5. Pray for the spirit of intercession to rest upon you so you can stand in the gap for the man of God, STBC family, and for your family.

Ezekiel 33:1–2
“Again, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman.”

6. Pray for the body of Christ on earth for a move of revival and that the church will be a light and a powerful force in the end times, snatching souls from hell.

Matthew 5:14–15
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.

7. Pray that the vision and goal of our man of God Apostle Ese Duke will be fulfilled with ease by the supernatural power of God.

Habakkuk 2:3
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

8. Pray that the spiritual gifts be activated in their fullness in STBC so we can take over and fulfill the call of God in these season and times.

1 Corinthians 12:4–7
“There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.”

9. Call forth workers, men, and woman with zeal and fire into STBC so that the name of God will be lifted up and glorified.

Mathew 9:38
“Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

10. Praise God for great things He has done and greater things He will do in our midst.

Exodus 15:1
“Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spoke, saying, “I will sing unto the LORD, for He hath triumphed gloriously; the horse and his rider hath He thrown into the sea.”

Give Him Praise in the house!! It is done in the name of Jesus!!

Our Year of “Divine Manifestation”

Day 20 Prayer Points: January 27, 2024

1. Thank God for His presence and glory upon your life.

Psalm 96:4
“For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.”

2. Pray for grace to forget the things behind, focus on the goal, and press forward to fulfill the purpose of God.

Philippians 3:13–14
“Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”

3. Pray that God will sensitize your heart so you can discern the times and align yourself with the will of God.

Romans 12:2
“And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

4. Pray for grace to manifest Love, life, light, and peace of God towards all that you will come in contact with in 2024.

1 Peter 1:22–23
“Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart. For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.”

5. Pray that you will carry the atmosphere of heaven throughout 2024 so you can be a tool in the hand of God to bring healing and deliverance to people.

Exodus 33:15–16
“Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?” And the LORD said to Moses, “I will do the very thing you have asked, because I am pleased with you and I know you by name.”

6. Pray that God will set you apart unto good works and to follow after His heart.

2 Timothy 2:21
“So if anyone cleanses himself of what is unfit, he will be a vessel for honor: sanctified, useful to the Master, and prepared for every good work.”

7. Pray that God will increase His wisdom and grace upon our man of God Apostle Ese Duke. Pray for new inspiration, insight, and revelation of God’s Word so that his messages will bring instant miracles and manifestations in a supernatural way like never before.

Isaiah 45:13
“I will raise up Cyrus (Apostle Ese Duke) in my righteousness:
I will make all his ways straight. He will rebuild my city and set my exiles free,
but not for a price or reward, says the LORD Almighty.”

8. Thank God for the divine manifestation that is already happening in STBC and in individual lives.

Psalms 119:89–91
“Forever, O LORD, your word is settled in heaven. Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it abides. They continue this day according to Your ordinances, for all are Your servants.”

Our Year of “Divine Manifestation”

Day 19 Prayer Points: January 26, 2024

1. Thank God for the new thing He is doing in STBC and in your life and family.

Psalm144:9–10
“I will sing a new song to you, my God; on the ten-stringed lyre I will make music to you, to the One who gives victory to kings, who delivers his servant David.”

2. Pray that STBC will walk in surplus and abundance in 2024.

Deuteronomy 28:12
“The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.”

3. Pray that STBC will flourish and prosper greatly in 2024.

Psalm 1:1–3
“Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his Law Day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.”

4. Pray that you will be planted and grounded in the Lord and will remain fruitful and blossom in the house of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 15:58
“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

5. Pray that STBC will experience a lifting and elevation in a supernatural way in 2024.

Job 22:29
“When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, there is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.”

6. Pray that every mountain of delay, obstacle, and hinderances to the influx of souls to STBC will be leveled and there will be harvest of souls in STBC worldwide in 2024 according to:

Isaiah 40:4–5
“Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

7. Pray that every STBC member will grow spiritually into maturity and we will take authority and dominion everywhere we go.

Psalm 144:12
“Then our sons in their youth will be like well-nurtured plants, and our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace.”

8. Pray for deeper hunger to chase after God and His house. Make God your priority so you can be rooted in the word and will of God.

Proverbs 3:3–4
“Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.”

9. Pray for every ministry in STBC for grace, fire, and anointing to serve selflessly unto God and not as unto man to the glory of God. Pray that every servant will operate under the leading of the spirit not under flesh.

Psalm 104:4
“Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.”

Our Year of “Divine Manifestation”

Day 18 Prayer Points: January 25, 2024

1. Thank God for His mighty hand upon your church family and upon your life. Declare the faithfulness of God upon your church.

Psalm 96:7–8
“Ascribe to the LORD, all you families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; bring an offering and come into his courts.”

2. Pray that God will position you and that you will live a life of obedience to the Word of God so you can manifest His glory and blessings and be a witness unto the Lord.

Ephesians 1:11–12
“In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.”

3. Pray that God will keep you blameless and pure in heart, loving one another, and walking in truth.

Jude 1:24
“To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy.”

4. Pray that none will be sick in our midst and no soul will be lost in 2024.

Isaiah 33:24
“And no inhabitant will say, “I am sick”; the people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity.”

5. Pray that STBC family will eat in plenty and be satisfied. There shall be no lack in our midst in 2024.

Psalm 144:13–14
“Our barns will be filled with every kind of provision. Our sheep will increase by thousands, by tens of thousands in our fields; our oxen will draw heavy loads. There will be no breaching of walls, no going into captivity, no cry of distress in our streets.”

6. Pray that God will fulfill His agenda in your calling and life in 2024.

Psalm 138:8
“The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, endure forever–forsake not the works of Your own hands.”

7. Pray for divine restoration and open doors for the family of STBC.

Joel 2:25–26
“I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten, the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm, my great army that I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the LORD your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed.”

8. Pray for the spirit of discernment so you can avail yourself of every opportunity God will bring your way in 2024.

1 Chronicles 12:32
“And of the children of Issachar, who were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command.”

May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened in this season in the name of Jesus.
