Twenty-five years ago today, our nation was changed forever.
We remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001. We remember the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and first responders who ran toward danger to save others. We remember the passengers of Flight 93 who fought back. We remember the families who never got to say goodbye.
And we remember how, in one of our darkest moments, Americans came together.
As Knights of Columbus, we are called to live that spirit every day through our faith, charity, unity, and fraternity. We serve our families, our parishes, and our communities because we know that helping one another matters.
Today, take a moment to pray for those we lost, their families, those who served that day, and all those whose lives were forever changed.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
