LIFE!!! In all of our lives, there are good times and bad times. There are Mountain tops and there are valleys. It does not matter how close you are to the Lord, there will be good days and bad there will be bad days. There will be good news and there will be bad news. The difference in it all is your focus.

Remember Peter when Jesus told him to Come. He was telling Peter to step out of the boat and walk to Him, to actually walk on water. Not just any water either because the sea was raging from the storm that was taking place. Peter acting on his faith, focused on Jesus and stepper out of the boat. Peter was walking on water towards Jesus.

But then the waves probably began to splash him in the face or maybe lightning flashed and all of a sudden Peter takes his eyes off of Jesus and begins to focus on the storm raging around him. That's when Peter stopped walking on water and began to sink.

This relates to our lives as well. When the storms, the bad reports, the aches/pains, or just the bad days in general come our way, is our focus on the problem or the PROBLEM SOLVER. When we focus and trust on Jesus our problems dn't seem nearly as big as we want to make them out to be. So today, let's REFOCUS on JESUS!!!

I ask myself often if what I am doing is what and how God told me or if I am trying to do things that make sense to me. In other words, am I missing the point?
