RCF is a fellowship of Christians who meet together in a home fellowship network, as well as corporately as a larger church family, with the focus of growing in family, community, discipleship, and training up ALL believers for personal & public ministry. Although each home group is lead by pastors, who spiritually care for and feed their own small group, the network is lead by Jonathan & Jessy De
rrick Mathe, who are committed to training up & equipping pastors & leaders to care for their home groups, as well as public ministry. The groups are designed to provide a safe and loving place to get healed-up, a foundation laid, and for the allowance of each member to discover and learn how to flow in their own spiritual gifts. The Fellowship desires to serve and equip the greater Church Body by working with local pastors & churches to host Seminars & Conferences which focus on getting church members spiritually and emotionally healthy, then equipping them for personal and public ministry in order that they might better serve and contribute to their respective local fellowships, thus helping to alleviate the burden which the pastoral staff is charged to carry.
