Wednesday Night Bible Study has been so good during this series! Do not miss Adult and Youth Bible Study this Wednesday at 6 pm. Adult small group Bible study is going through the book of Daniel, while our youth have been walking through the Acts of the Apostles. Come enjoy fellowship and be encouraged in the Lord!

In our student ministry last night, we discussed the concept of something called 5-5-5. Students were challenged to do this every day, and test it for themselves to see how the Lord ministered to them from it. Each day spend 5 minutes actively praying, out loud. 5 minutes reading the Word of God, and 5 minutes actively listening for the Lord. I have found that if you can begin with 5 minutes, you learn it quickly grows much longer. The benefit to spending intentional, set aside time in prayer and meditation on the Word of God every day is priceless. There is nothing more valuable in your life than spending time with the King of Kings and being transformed by His Word and time in His presence.

I would love to encourage you this morning to go and do the same. Test it out and find that He is faithful to change your heart and mind as you seek His face. You too may find that 15 minutes turns to an hour and a week of meeting with Jesus becomes a lifetime of seeking Him.
