LCW is a non-profit Child Sponsorship organization dedicated to giving a hand up to a better future through creating caring communities for children who are victims of poverty, neglect, or abuse. You can help by praying, sponsorship, donations to programs, and/or donating items to the LCW office to ship to the Philippines. This holistic approach requires funding for
all the children needs as explained by the acronym HELPS. H - health and housing, E - education, L - livelihood, P - Peace and Faith (Christian training), and S - sponsorship. The Urgent Needs funding provides help in the programs where most needed. However, if a donor prefers to give to a particular program you may do so by designating it with your donation. We feel the effect of the prayers of all our sponsors, donors, and staff knowing that without God’s guidance LCW/LCP would not be successful. Prayer undergirds all that we do, and this is one way you certainly can help. The greatest need, over the long run is the sponsorship program. The sponsor bonds with a needy child and has a sense of gratitude as he/she sees the child’s progress, growth, graduation, and eventually success in the workplace.
