Preserving Indiana Birth Choices was created to promote awareness of birth choices in Indiana, to bring a sense of community to Indiana birthing families, and to support legislation for Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs).

Update: It has passed out of committee and will now go to the senate floor! Woot woot!

The Senate Committee on Health and Provider Services will be hearing State Senator Jean Breaux bill, SB 416, tomorrow. This bill aims to have doula services covered by Medicaid in the state of Indiana! Thank you Senator Breaux for understanding how important doula services are to birthing people!
