The first day of Avon Nursery School will be Monday, September 14th and we have a few remaining spots left in our preschool program and only two left in our pre k class.

Seeking Quilts to show for the Avon Congregational Church Quilt Show October 17 & 18.

Do you have a family heirloom, a wall hanging or handmade quilt crafted by you or someone you love you'd like to show? Your beloved quilt will be among good company in our sanctuary and hallway.

In addition we have special exhibits by Mountain Laurel Applique Society, quilts presented from the Farmington River Quilt, local historical society quilts, and many more! Quilt drop off of the quilt is Oct 15th at Avon Congregational Church. They will be handled with care by quilt lovers until returned to you.
