Taking New Ground

Taking New Ground Catalyzing movements of reproducing churches in hard to reach parts of the world. Taking New Ground works in partnership with New Churches Now and New Thing.

This group of like minded organizations works together as the “New Thing Global Catalyst Team”. Taking New Ground works to catalyze movements of reproducing churches in hard to reach parts of the world by:

1) Identifying, coming alongside, and training apostolic leaders in hard to reach parts of the world.

2) Starting new churches with indigenous leaders who disciple and train other local leader

s.

Slovenia is 0.1% to 0.2% Evangelical Christian. There are about 40 churches and around 2,000 Christians in this nation of 2 million souls. We worked with 9 churches and several DMM (Disciple Making Movement) groups here. Together, they are preparing to double in the next two years!
