When Grief Strikes

Grief doesn’t ask for permission before it enters your life. It can come in waves—through tears, memories, silence, or even a smile that suddenly turns into sadness.

Give yourself permission to feel. Healing is not about forgetting; it’s about learning how to carry the love and memories forward. Be patient with yourself, lean on God, and remember that it’s okay to not be okay.
