🌿 Morning, Family
A daily moment of hope, faith, and encouragement.

We have a tendency to look at whatever is sitting in front of us at the beginning of the week: the schedule, assignment, bill, appointment, uncertainty, conversation we need to have, and start forecasting the whole week from what we can currently see.

But faith says:
I don't need to see how the week is going to unfold to trust the One who is already in it.
😭🙌🏾

Faith says:
I don't need every answer first.
I won't let uncertainty write the ending.
I can move with what God has given me.
I will pray without trying to predict.
I will trust beyond what I can see.

Because sometimes worship becomes another place where we think we have to produce.

Say enough.
Pray enough.
Sing enough.
Cry enough.
Lift our hands long enough.
Sound spiritual enough.

But worship isn't a performance review.
😭🙌🏾

Silence before God is not an empty offering when your heart is fully present.

You can sit there with tears rolling down your face and never form a sentence.Worship.
You can sit with your Bible open and read the same verse three times because you're overwhelmed. Worship.
You can listen to a song and simply whisper: “Thank You.” Worship.
You can sit completely still and think: God, I'm here. WORSHIP.

* Don’t mistake residue for current conditions.
*The droplets tell you what came through. They do not tell you what’s coming next.
*Long-lasting is not everlasting.
*Residue is evidence of an experience. Not necessarily evidence of a present condition.
*The storm does not get exclusive rights to your forecast.
*Hope doesn’t need you to erase the evidence of the storm. It just asks you to keep looking at the rest of the sky.

And here's some Fireproof truth: You don’t have to carry the residue of what you’ve been through. 🔥

Your life's current climate does not erase one single raindrop to make Hope visible. 😭
The evidence remained. HOPE just widened the view. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾

Remember, Every storm eventually runs out of rain. And when it does...don't keep calling the droplets a storm. 👀🔥🙌🏾
