2 Corinthians 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
(5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
(6) And having in a readiness to avenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. Amen🙏
I'm persuaded that the lack of obedience will lead to disobedience and in this we have no power to pull down strong holds in our lives. Know this that, to obey the word is trusting in God's ability to deliver you when you call on him. It's called "FAITH"; faith to believe that we have the power to call our blessings before us. But it only happens when our obedience to God through Jesus Christ is fulfilled.
So, start trusting believing obeying, and then stand back, and see the salvation of God the father operate on your behalf. Amen🙏

Blessings this morning! I was awakened this morning with the thought of how much support I received from the elders as a young minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Supporting and encouraging me, mentoring me and helping me to become better. I don't want to get into name calling because it will be long and I know I'll forget someone, but their influence help propel the gifts that was in me. Gifts that has blessed so many down through the years.
Apostle Paul told the young Timothy to, "neglect not the gift that's in you". And you better believe he didn't.
Young ministers need the support of their elders; they can't do it alone. No man is a island, God made us a body, not one dimensional but many members with we goal, to save that which is lost. Preaching and teaching the Kingdom doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ. Supporting one another is a must.
1 John 2:14; explains my God-conscience though.
So I have been an advocate for supporting young ministers on their journey of excellence in preaching the gospel. Why? Because, now I'm the elder and it's important for me to plant the same seed in them that was planted in me and the revolving door continue to rotate for future ministers of the gospel. We should never forget that we are helpers one to another.
Selfish preachers make we leaders in my view of the word of God.
We should never forget who we are and whom we are in Christ. Amen
Together we stand, divided we shall fall. Help some young minister while you can. Amen🙏
