It’s a space to be renewed in the Word, serve others, prioritize wellness, and lift up the name of Jesus together

Hidden in the Lord WKND was never meant to be a one-time encounter. It’s an exhortation — a charge to live daily hidden in Christ, rooted in His Word, doing life in Biblical community, and plugged in to a local church.

The time is urgent and we cannot afford casual faith. My prayer is that we would press into greater intimacy with Christ and remain steadfast, growing together until He returns.

Colossians 3:3 is a foundational Scripture of Hidden in the Lord WKND 🦋

To be hidden in Christ means to let go of striving for identity in the world and instead anchor our WHOLE being in the FINISHED work of Jesus.

It means dying to the old self and instead, being found completely secure in Him.

When our lives are hidden with Christ, we no longer have to perform, convince or fight for belonging. We’re already seen, already known, already loved, fully and eternally, by the Father. Our identity is sealed in heaven. ☁️👑

A hidden life is one marked by abiding, holiness, surrender, and transformation. Our prayer is that every woman who joins us for steps FULLY into this truth.

Worship captures the heart behind our call as Christians—to gather in corporate prayer, lift His name in praise, and receive the proclamation of the Word. Acts 2:42 shows us that the early church devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer, forming a Spirit-filled community centered on Christ.

On Sunday, August 10, we will close out by following their example and gathering for the 10 AM service at , a Christ-centered church grounded in sound doctrine and exegetical preaching.

In Romans 15:4, Paul reminds us that “through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” The Word not only gives us hope, it teaches, corrects, and trains us in righteousness so we can walk in integrity and reflect the character of our Father.

But how can we live by the Word if we don’t study it? How do we grow in wisdom, receive conviction, or mirror Christ if we never open our Bibles?
What good is knowing the order of the books or memorizing verses, if we miss the heart behind them?

Studying Scripture isn’t a task to complete. It’s an invitation into intimacy. It’s how we stay hidden in Him: secure, covered, and anchored in truth. When we know His Word, we shine His light. His countenance rests on those who abide.

That’s why I’m so excited to gather again for our Bible study session at . On Saturday, August 9, from 11AM–2PM, the community will come together for worship, fellowship, and rich time in the Word. will join us again to lead us into the presence of God through worship as we study, seek, and invite encounter with Jesus, together.

Let’s go deeper. Let’s be faithful. Let’s remain expectant.

Although 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 is in response to the sexual immorality among the Corinthians (vv. 12-18), the core truth remains: our bodies belong to Christ and are made holy, fully set apart as a living sacrifice to Him (Romans 12:1-2). We are called not only to live sexually pure lives but also to care for and steward our bodies well, recognizing them as temples and dwelling places of the Holy Spirit.

For too long, diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes have become all too common in our communities, yet many of these life-threatening illnesses are preventable. Caring for our bodies through daily exercise and balanced nutrition is a simple, powerful way to honor God’s gift and express gratitude for what He has entrusted to us.

My hope and prayer is that as you continue your Christian walk, you’ll be inspired to prioritize your physical wellbeing. That’s why I’m so excited for the community to come together for a tennis clinic! 🎾

On Friday evening, August 8th, from 6 PM to 9 PM, we’ll gather for a fun, all-levels clinic led by to learn basic drills and fundamentals. Together, we’ll move our bodies in worship and thanksgiving to the Lord.
