Good afternoon TEAM,
I was wondering if I could get a head count from each chapter as to how many will be there to help work this event.
I have the car parking covered, thank the Lord! The lot next to the legion has been Sold, so parking is tricky this year.
Please let all workers know that they need to check in with me at the Ministry Tent prior to jumping in, Thanks.

Here is what is needed:
Date - May 25th (Monday) Memorial Day
What - Ride for America (the largest motorcycle ride of the year)
Where - American Legion Post #233, 4635 Atlanta Hwy. Loganville, Ga. 30052.

Time - Set up 6am, Registration starts 7am (event runs to around 2pm) WE NEED ALL WORKERS THERE BY 7AM
Need - Bike parker's, Bike blesser's, Ministry Tent, Registration table, and General help.

The American Legion "heavily" relies on CMA for as much help as possible, so PLEASE share with your chapters, and encourage participation. If you come to work at the event, there will be a breakfast biscuit iffin' you get there by 7:30am, as well all workers receive a lunch ticket.

This Saturday, 9/28/2024, Grace Riders will be setting up our tent at the Handlebars and Classy Cars Ride at Glenhaven Baptist Church. This is a great opportunity to reach our local biking community. We will be setting up at 7:45 am and the event last until 2:00 pm. We encourage you to come out and volunteer for this event.

Our monthly meeting will be tomorrow night, September 12th, at 6:00 pm at IHOP in Covington, Georgia. Please come eat at fellowship at 6:00 pm and stay for the meeting afterwards.
