And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou go. (Luke 9:57)

Many times believer say that they will follow Jesus no matter what. They make promises that if they have to go by themselves, they would let nothing keep them from God. The enemy always here your words. The problem is not telling Jesus that you will follow Him, but it is the fact that we allow our words to be taken from us. Satan comes to take your words. The scripture says that as Jesus was on His way, a certain man who wanted to follow Jesus, said Lord, I will follow you wherever you go. I believe this man wanted to follow Jesus,but he lacked faith to follow.
One thing that I have learned is that true disciples are always thirsty and hunger for the Word of God. The more they follow the more hungry they get.
