Dangerously Influential

In this series, we will be training our students how to be dangerously influential. Because if we look at the first Church in Acts, this once scattered band of Jesus’ followers became a movement that changed the course of history. What was so special about them? And what might God do with another group of people like that? With the book of Acts as our map and the Holy Spirit as our guide, we will learn how to make friends, strengthen relationships, truly be vulnerable, and, work together to change the world.

1 Timothy 4:12 says:

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity. (NIV)

This verse encourages young people not to be discouraged or underestimated because of their age. Instead, they are called to lead by example in the way they speak, act, love others, hold on to their faith, and live with purity. It's a reminder that spiritual maturity isn't defined by age, but by character and commitment to God.

This generation is not the Church of tomorrow but the Church of today !

Love and respect is ageless !

we should approach our interactions within the church and community with respect and kindness, treating others like family. Older men and women should be honored as we would honor our own parents, while younger individuals should be treated with the same care and purity as siblings. This approach fosters a supportive and loving environment, where everyone feels valued and respected, reflecting Christ's love in our relationships.

“Never speak harshly to an older man, but appeal to him respectfully as you would to your own father. Talk to younger men as you would to your own brothers. Treat older women as you would your mother, and treat younger women with all purity as you would your own sisters.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Su***de awareness involves recognizing the signs of someone struggling with suicidal thoughts and understanding how to offer support. It’s about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, encouraging open conversations, and ensuring that those in need know they’re not alone. By raising awareness, we can help prevent tragedies, offer hope, and provide the necessary resources for those at risk. Everyone plays a role in creating a compassionate community that listens, supports, and intervenes when someone’s life is in danger.

You are not alone. If you need help please txt of call 988!

For some time now, we've been going through our series entitled "How to Follow Jesus," exploring the first eight chapters of the Book of Mark.

The Book of Mark is one of the four Gospels, focusing on the life, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It begins with John the Baptist preparing the way and quickly moves into Jesus' ministry, highlighting His teachings, miracles, and authority over nature, demons, and illness. Mark emphasizes Jesus' role as the suffering servant, predicting His own death and resurrection multiple times. The narrative culminates in Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection, where He appears to His followers and commissions them to spread the Gospel.

This coming Sunday, we'll focus on Mark 3:20-21, 31-35, as I preach on “Jesus is inviting everyone to be a part of His family.”

We can't wait to see you!

What a great time we had together !!!!! Trying out new games , delicious pizza and most importantly we learned more about how to become holy with these 3 points

1. Pursue Jesus.
2. Chase Improvement over Perfection.
3. Love People

Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven,
where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. 2 Think about the things of heaven,

not the things of earth. 3 For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God. 4
And when Christ, who is your life, is revealed to the whole world, you will share in all his glory.
5 So put to death the sinful, earthly things lurking within you. Have nothing to do with sexual
immorality, impurity, lust, and evil desires. Don’t be greedy, for a greedy person is an idolater,
worshiping the things of this world. 6 Because of these sins, the anger of God is coming. 7 You
used to do these things when your life was still part of this world. 8 But now is the time to get rid
of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander, and dirty language. 9 Don’t lie to each other, for you
have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. 10 Put on your new nature, and
be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him. 11 In this new life, it doesn’t
matter if you are a Jew or a Gentile, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbaric, uncivilized, slave,
or free. Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us.
12 Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with
tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. 13 Make allowance for each
other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you
must forgive others. 14 Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in
perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as
members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.
