Founded in Prayer - God has such an astounding way of revealing our purpose while we pray. It was during my time of prayer at Jesus’ feet where

I discovered the idea to create Prayer Mats. Produced With Passion - I’m a face-to-the-floor prayer warrior. So, I became flushed with resting my face on the bare floor. I became prone to using a blanket until I realized that God was leading me to create something more comfortable, inspirational, and beautiful. Created By Hand - While living on a low budget, I researched ideas on the most inexpensive ways to create Prayer Mats. I asked friends and family to donate gently used t-shirts and jeans so that I can experiment with my own unique method. Designed With Determination - Each Prayer Mat is uniquely designed, personalized for each customer. Customers have the freedom of choosing their size, colors, and additional accessories to their Prayer Mat. Depending on the size, it takes me between 7 to 11 hours to create on Prayer Mat because much detail goes into each creation. Gifted In Love - I delight in the joy of giving back. Each customer will not only receive their Prayer Mat, but they will also receive a special prayer or prophecy in their package. A Dream Come True - Today, I’ve launched my product in hopes that people will see the value in prayer, the beauty in having a relationship with Christ Jesus, as well as their worth to keep seeking God in discovering their purpose. Prayer Mats by Arnesjah is a testimony of the miracles that we can birth. When we call out to God, He will answer us and tell us great and unsearchable things we do not know (Jeremiah 33:3).

Starting out in my business, I was setting my Prayer Mats at a lower price because I wanted them to be affordable. Yes, the cost of material was high and it took me 7 to 11 hours to create them. But there wasn’t any profit at the end of each sale.

Is it God’s will for me to be 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲? 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁!

Your target audience will purchase your products/service because 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱. If someone isn’t willing to purchase, don’t feel bad and don’t set a lower price because of their no. Consider your time to create your product, cost of material, and the knowledge & experience you’ve gained over time.

I understand that birthing a business can be challenging. So, to celebrate Prayer Mats by Arnesjah’s 3-year business birthday, I’ve decided to share a few tips that I’ve learned thus far.

I’m so glad that I started Prayer Mats by Arnesjah when I did. They weren’t perfect Prayer Mats, but they were the 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 (SWIPE LEFT).
⁣
All I had were donated clothing, a God-idea, and most of all PATIENT CUSTOMERS! 🙌🏾 You never know who’s willing to support your business if you don’t get out and tell people about it. The key is to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 keep trying.

“Not enough time” - Something rare yet special happened to me in prayer this morning. I only had a few minutes to pray and soak. I felt a little guilty for not waking up early enough. I told God how I don’t have enough time to spend with Him and myself, and how I’m constantly going out of my way to help others. I just wanted 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.
⁣
As I sat in this position for just a moment, I prayed for God to keep my mind from going unsteady. My eyes were closed. I placed my hands on my head. Then I felt the sun rise behind the trees to shine upon me 😭.
⁣
As if the light of God spoke to me, I felt God I saying, “Your small moment of prayer with Me means more than the hours of this day. You have time. I’ve given you grace for this season.”
⁣
This moment reminded me of the scripture Numbers 6:24-27...
⁣
“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 upon thee, and be 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 unto thee: The Lord lift up his 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 upon thee, and give thee 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲. And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 them.”

If you receive anything from this message, I want to encourage you to let you know that you have time to spend in the presence of God. Even if it is just for a moment...5 minutes, 3 minutes, 1 minute to pause & pray. The fact that you even acknowledge God means something about your relationship with Him.

Take a moment to acknowledge God in this moment...thank Him, embrace Him, worship Him, talk to Him. Take a deep breath and let all worries wash away.
