Planning on running a load of much needed supplies to drop off locations in and around Blue Ridge/Ellijay area this Friday.

If you would like to donate to the relief effort, every penny will go towards water, food, and other resources that are desperately needed. The media is not showing the full impact of the disaster and devastation that our neighbors to the north are facing.

Shabbat Shalom!

Today we are discussing the parables that Yeshua spoke in Matthew 13.
The parable were used to teach the people that what they were expecting the Messianic Era to be like and when it was to arrive was not entirely correct. Remember Israel was being oppressed by Rome and they had the idea that when the Messiah came, they would be freed from their enemies at that time.
Yeshua didn't say they wouldn't be freed from their enemies but the timing was not yet.

Come join us if you can to take part in the discussion!

No meeting next week!

Shabbat Shalom!

We have been working our way through the Gospels and really studying out the life of Yeshua in a chronological order.

We would love to have you worship with us on Saturday and come discuss the scriptures with us

Our format is quite different from a normal Sunday.
There is not a sermon but a led discussion over this current week's reading. Everyone is free to ask questions or comment and it's really great to be able to discuss the scriptures like this with one another

Just a reminder that we start at 11 am on Saturday and we have lunch afterwards.

Hope you can make it one shabbat!

Shalom!

We are a small congregation that meets and fellowships on Saturdays.

We are currently looking for a new location for our meetings.

If you know of a place that our small group can meet, please let me know. Thanks!

Our congregation has been meeting for 1 year now and it truly has been a blessing.
We have discussed the entire Torah over this past year but we are switching gears and we will be focusing this next year on studying the life of Yeshua in a chronological fashion.

There's always room at the table for more and we encourage you to come join us for the discussions.

We always have oneg (lunch) afterwards except the last shabbat of the month.

Be blessed and Shabbat Shalom!

Shabbat Shalom! As we continue our journey through Exodus I'd like to invite you to join the discussion with us. We will...

Shabbat Shalom!
Today we start the book of Sh'mot (Exodus). Such a great story that has much relevance to the life of a believer. Follow the Hebrews from their time in bo***ge until a redeemer was sent to free them. They had to trust in Yah by applying the blood of the Lamb to their homes and be spared from the judgement of that last and final plague. They were freed and began their journey on the way to the land promised them by God!
We, like them, were found in bo***ge to sin until a redeemer came to set us free as long as we trust Yah for the spilled blood of Yeshua, our Passover Lamb. We've been set free and are on our own journey to the Promised Land.
Just as God redeemed His people through the Exodus, we will see yet another great Exodus in the final redemption, and we all long for that and faithfully wait in expectation!

Stay strong! Stay faithful! Stay safe! Shalom!

We would love to have you at fellowship on Saturdays . Come join the discussion!

This Shabbat we will be covering Parsha Vayishlach. As usual, you will have Oneg afterwards so if you can bring a dish, that would be appreciated.

Hope y'all have a blessed week!

Shalom!

We will be discussing what possible organizations we can help support in Israel, to aid in relief efforts, for the people over there facing the tragedies of war and the evil of terrorism.

If you have an organization in mind please link it down below.

This Shabbat we will also be discussing the beginning of the Torah with portion Beresh*t, Genesis 1:1-6-8.

I hope you will be able to join us this Sabbath! Shalom to all!

Yom Teruah is upon us!

Rejoice for the joy of the Lord is your strength!

Sound the shofar and remember how the Lord has provided for you this past year, not just with the physical things but also with the spiritual things!

He has provided a sacrifice in our place just as He provided the ram for Avraham!

He has provided a way to salvation in Yeshua the Messiah!

He has provided a teacher/guide to be with you and lead you, the Ruach/Spirit!

He has provided a way for you to know His desire and how we are to walk as a holy people by giving us His Torah of truth.

Take this time to remember who we are in God, the promises we have been given, as we also prepare for the Day of Atonement.

Shalom to everyone!

We hope you can join us this Sabbath as we discuss the next Torah portion of Deuteronomy 7:12-11:25.

This portion is one that Yeshua quotes from when being tempted in the wilderness. His experience in the wilderness has a direct connection to Israel's wilderness experience and if you don't read the old you will miss the significance of what's written in the new.

40 days vs 40 years...
3 temptations of Yeshua correlate to 3 specific actions of Israel in the wilderness.
Where they were wrong, He was right.

He set the example for us to follow and stay obedient to the Word of the Lord.

Come join in with the discussion to see this connection that draws us back to the wilderness.

As Paul says in Romans "For everything written in the past was written to teach us, so that with the encouragement of the Tanakh we might patiently hold on to our hope."
Romans (Rom) 15:4 CJB

And again in his letter to Corinth, "Now these things happened to them as an example, and it was written down as a warning to us—on whom the ends of the ages have come."
1 Corinthians 10:11 TLV

We hope to see you there.

Shalom!
