“When I am afraid, I will trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3

There are moments when fear shows up loud. Real. Heavy.

I’ve learned something… praying out loud, declaring who He is, though doesn’t always change the situation immediately—and it’s not to remind God of His greatness, It reminds my soul of who my God is!!!

And something shifts… fear starts to quiet down.

Yesterday I heard something that shook me:
God is God—and He is not applying for the job. 🙌🏽

He’s not trying to prove Himself.
He’s not performing to earn a position.
This is just who He is. Period.

He is just.
His ways are perfect.
He is for me, not against me.

He cares about everything—my soul, my health, my mind, my emotions… every detail of my life. Nothing is too small, nothing is overlooked.

And fear?
Fear may try to protect me, to make me aware… but it does not get to lead me.

My response is clear:
I choose to trust the Lord of Hosts.

Because He has brought me through—every single time.
And this time… will not be the exception.

I am an Until Woman.
I trust Him until the answer comes.
I stand until the breakthrough happens.
I believe until what He said becomes my reality.

Lord, in You I trust. 🙌🏽

Lord, in You I trust.

This is not unbelief, loss of faith, nor even conflict with our hope, It is the soul easing its grip, lowering itself for a moment, and resting in the gravity of reality.🥹

Reflection — Psalm 139

Today I brought before God my list of future plans, ideas, and desires — all the dreams that connect with the talents He has given me. But more than clarity, I asked for discernment.

I don’t want to waste time chasing distractions or running after things that look good but aren’t meant for me. I want to act only on what’s been written for me in His book, just as Psalm 139 reminds me — “all my days were written before one of them came to be.”

My prayer is simple:
God, help me separate what’s Yours from what’s just noise. Show me where to take action, and where to let go.

Lately it’s more visible because of how public we make everything, but entitlement has always existed—and it’s a serious matter. It disguises itself as experience and feeds on the low self-esteem that has been intentionally instilled in those who actually have the capacity to be the next in line for the position.

Entitlement is like a steward without restraint: one who, from being in the position so long, starts to believe they own it… but as a damaged owner. They no longer protect the house; they control it. They no longer care for the table; they decide who sits and who doesn’t. They get so used to commanding that they confuse administering with possessing, serving with imposing. They think filters are no longer necessary and that nothing they say can be used against them. Little by little they lose empathy, and their lack of sensitivity is nothing more than a cry of insecurity at the sight of others’ potential. 👈💥

When someone stops growing, they start getting in the way. And when they get comfortable, they no longer multiply, they just manage what already exists. 💯 That’s why some studies in organizations and companies suggest that every 5 to 7 years is a good cycle to evaluate a change of position—or at least refresh the role with new responsibilities, mentorship, or delegation.

In the marketplace, this change happens because competition doesn’t forgive: if someone stagnates, the company loses and is forced to move. But in the church, many times roles become permanent, without time limits or transition processes. What in business is measured by results, in the church is often ignored in the name of tradition. And that’s where entitlement flourishes the most.

👉 True stewardship is not about taking ownership; it’s about serving faithfully, with humility, and with a vision to multiply in others what you’ve received. 🔑

“Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)

💡 Guard your heart from entitlement; don’t become the owner of what you’re only called to steward.
