Today I heard this in a message “Adam mismanaged the Garden”🥹

When God asked Adam, "Where are you?" He was not looking for Adam's location. God knew exactly where he was. He was asking, "Adam...what happened? This is not how I left you. I entrusted you with a garden."

That word, entrusted...🔥🔥

When someone entrusts you with something, they are saying, "I believe you will care for this on my behalf." That is stewardship.

And stewardship is not ownership.

Nothing I have truly belongs to me.

*My marriage is a garden.
*My children are gardens.
*My mother is a garden.
*My body is a garden.
*My finances are gardens.
*My calling is a garden.
*And before all of them, my relationship with God is the first garden.

Gardens don't remain healthy because we once loved them. They remain healthy because we continue to tend them.👏🏽👏🏽

So I had to asked myself: Have I allowed productivity to make me feel fruitful while avoiding the slower work of intimacy, discipline, and faithful stewardship? 🤔

Another question pierced even deeper: Have I been asking God to enlarge my territory while failing to faithfully tend the territory He has already placed in my hands?🤔

Sometimes we're so busy pursuing new goals that we forget God first entrusted us with gardens.😳

Maybe that is why Genesis 2:15 says that before Adam was ever called to expand the garden, he was first called to work it and keep it.

‼️Faithfulness came before expansion.‼️

This is not a message of condemnation. Romans 8:1 reminds us that there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Conviction is one of God's greatest acts of love because it wakes us up before it's too late. It lovingly asks, "Where are you?" and invites us back to faithful stewardship.🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Perhaps God is not looking for people who can build bigger gardens. Perhaps He is looking for stewards who will faithfully tend the gardens He has already entrusted to them.

May we become woman who steward every garden God places in our hands with intentionality, wisdom, discipline, and love, remembering that stewardship is not ownership. 🔥🔥

Everything we have belongs to Him, and may those who walk through the gardens of our lives see not us, but the true Owner and the faithful Gardener.

“When I am afraid, I will trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3

There are moments when fear shows up loud. Real. Heavy.

I’ve learned something… praying out loud, declaring who He is, though doesn’t always change the situation immediately—and it’s not to remind God of His greatness, It reminds my soul of who my God is!!!

And something shifts… fear starts to quiet down.

Yesterday I heard something that shook me:
God is God—and He is not applying for the job. 🙌🏽

He’s not trying to prove Himself.
He’s not performing to earn a position.
This is just who He is. Period.

He is just.
His ways are perfect.
He is for me, not against me.

He cares about everything—my soul, my health, my mind, my emotions… every detail of my life. Nothing is too small, nothing is overlooked.

And fear?
Fear may try to protect me, to make me aware… but it does not get to lead me.

My response is clear:
I choose to trust the Lord of Hosts.

Because He has brought me through—every single time.
And this time… will not be the exception.

I am an Until Woman.
I trust Him until the answer comes.
I stand until the breakthrough happens.
I believe until what He said becomes my reality.

Lord, in You I trust. 🙌🏽

Lord, in You I trust.

This is not unbelief, loss of faith, nor even conflict with our hope, It is the soul easing its grip, lowering itself for a moment, and resting in the gravity of reality.🥹
