Knox Presbyterian Church

Knox Presbyterian Church Rooted in God’s grace we seek to reach, nurture, equip, and mobilize people with the truth and love of Jesus. Sunday Worship @ 9:30a

Knox Presbyterian Church is a community with a singular passion: The glory of God. We exist to enjoy and make plain to all peoples through our words and deeds the radiant beauty of all that God is, displayed most supremely in His Son, Jesus Christ. Bryan Gregory, Senior Pastor
Josh Boehr, Assistant Pastor of Ministry and Mission
Mike Frison, Associate Pastor of Outreach and Fellowship
Tom Robinson

, Associate Pastor of Marriage and Families
Bob Lynn, Associate Pastor of Adult Education, Missions, and University

As a daughter church of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Plymouth, Michigan, Knox held its first service in 1992 and became a particular church in 1995. In January of 2000 we were blessed to begin meeting in our own church building which was built by the provision of the Lord to this congregation. It is a 50,000 square foot facility with a sanctuary that seats 800. It was built on 50 acres of beautiful land that the church purchased in 1993. Our church membership is over 550 people, with 700-800 in our worship service each Sunday.

This is why we serve at Knox!

There are a lot of different things competing for our attention and time. At Knox we have volunteers serving in children’s and youth ministries, on the tech team, safety teams, helping lead worship, and so much more.

No matter what your gifts may be, there’s a place for you within our church family!

Where will you serve at Knox?

NEW ART IS UP 🎨🖼

Take a look outside the garden room to see the art created by David Hile!

Here's what he has to say about this body of work:
Picasso said, “Art is the elimination of the unnecessary.” I’ve taken a stripped-down approach to my current work. Using graphite, white charcoal, and pastel I’ve developed a mostly linear style with areas of flat color. Though simple, I aim to create fully realized works that are universally appealing, highlighting the dignity of humanity and a unity with the earth and the creatures we share the planet with. Mostly I strive for a sense of emotion, symbol and psychological depth – no small challenge in a mere drawing. I view my drawings not as initial sketches, but as fully-realized artistic statements equal to a painting or sculpture.

We had such a fun final Sunday of our summer parenting in community class! This class has been meeting every other week since June. Thank you to all the parents who brought their families along to learn more about Christian discipleship and how we can live out our faith at home and in our communities.

Snapshots from the woods📸

Knox Youth embarked on a wilderness adventure about a month ago. During that trip, students were given screen-less digital cameras to capture their experiences... now we get the pleasure of getting a glimpse of their week together!

On Friday, our Young Adult and College groups teamed up for a photo scavenger hunt in Detroit led by Pastor David!

It was an adventurous, slightly chaotic, run around some of Detroit's most iconic spots 📸🚗
