My dear friend, Brother Alan Kirk, sent this to me this morning.
I thought it might be a blessing to some of you.

Trust in Dark Seasons

Isaiah 50:10
Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.

There are times when nothing feels rebellious, careless, or backslidden, yet everything feels dark. You are still fearing the Lord. You are still obeying His voice. But there is no light. No clarity. No explanation. Scripture does not condemn that condition, it speaks directly to it. God acknowledges that faithful people can walk through dark places. In those seasons, encouragement is not found in sudden answers, but in steady trust. When light is withheld, God calls His people not to panic, but to trust Him.

1. Steady Trust Remaining

Faith does not quit when light disappears. It remains where God placed it, even when nothing makes sense.

2. Steady Trust Resting

To stay upon God is to lean your full weight on Him, not rushing for answers, not forcing direction, but resting in His word and will.

3. Steady Trust Relying

When vision fails, dependence deepens. God Himself becomes the support where understanding once stood.

Morning is coming! Have a good day on purpose!!

The Marks of True Conversion
"Not only do we love God after we are saved, but we see that we will love the brethren. “We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.” (1 John 3:14) We are told that we are indwelt by the Spirit of God when we are saved, and that He will lead us to love God and love others: “the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” (Romans 5:5) Love for others is a mark of true conversion."
