Levi’s Studio LLC is proud to share that we will be present at the City of Americus’ First Ever Black History Parade on March 1st.

This is a powerful moment for our community as we gather to honor the past and embrace the future. Black history is living history. It is reflected in our children, our leaders, our educators, our entrepreneurs, and the work we do every day.

Levi’s Studio will be there representing literacy, youth empowerment, and the importance of knowing that our children are capable, confident, and enough.

If you see us, stop by and speak. Bring your family. Bring your energy. Let’s show up, stand tall, and celebrate together.

We are excited to share that Levi’s Studio will be part of the Dooly County Library’s first Black History Celebration.

Join us on Thursday, February 26 at 4:00 PM for an inspiring panel of authors as we celebrate Black voices, storytelling, and the power of representation. I will be joining Frank Glover and Vickie R. Johnson as we read excerpts from our books and share words of encouragement.

This is a beautiful opportunity to support local authors, pour into our youth, and celebrate culture, confidence, and community.

We’re grateful and excited for the opportunities ahead as we celebrate literacy, culture, and Black voices throughout Middle Georgia.

📍 February 7
We’ll be in Warner Robins for the Middle Georgia Lit Fest, sharing our love for books, storytelling, and community.

📍 February 20
We’ll be in Terrell County for a Black Voices / Black Authors experience, highlighting stories, authors, and perspectives that reflect the richness of our culture.

📍 February 26
Join us in Vienna at the library for their Black History Program, where we’ll continue celebrating Black stories and voices that matter.

✨ Black History Spotlight: Brandon Bridges ✨

Black history isn’t just something we remember—it’s something we are actively creating.

Brandon Bridges is a co-author and co-founder of Levi’s Studio LLC, and he is making history right here in Sumter County. Brandon is the first African-American child in his age group in Sumter County to co-author and publish his own books, using storytelling as a tool for representation, confidence, and literacy.

Through Levi’s Studio, Brandon helps create stories for children who look like him, think like him, learn like him, and dream like him—children who deserve to see themselves reflected as readers, writers, leaders, and change-makers.

All of Brandon’s books are available on Amazon, where he currently has three published titles. Later this month, he will release his fourth book, titled Locs of Love, continuing his mission to celebrate identity, culture, and self-love through children’s literature.

Brandon’s journey is a reminder that when Black children are given opportunity, support, and a voice, they don’t just participate in history—they shape it.
