Before setup officially begins, we wanted to introduce the women serving behind the scenes to make this conference happen. Every detail, every decision, every prayer — it’s been a team effort.

We are honored to welcome Mary Margaret West to the Indiana Women’s Conference as she leads not one — but TWO Mega Breakouts.

For over 18 years, Mary Margaret has been equipping women and girls to know God deeply and live out their calling. She serves as a Lifeway Women Trainer, speaks nationally, consults with churches, and has authored multiple Bible studies including Made Worthy and Show Her the Way. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and has served in ministry across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.

Brenda Melendez is a wife, mother of three, and faithful follower of Jesus who loves serving wherever God places her. She currently serves on her church’s media team and in children’s ministry, planting seeds of faith in the next generation. Having previously led outreach ministry, Brenda remains passionate about being a light for Christ in her community.
