AZ-One

AZ-One AZ-One is a nonprofit that attempts to answer the question: What can unified followers of Jesus do AS ONE to grow God’s kingdom in the Albert Lea area?

In the book of Revelations, Jesus addressed the churches by city. There was no doubt many small congregations of believers in each of the large cities Jesus addressed, but they were collectively accountable for building the kingdom of God in their region. Is there any reason to believe that Jesus doesn’t still view His Church geographically? If so, shouldn’t the unified body of Christ find way to

work together? AZ-One is a local nonprofit that attempts to answer the question: What can unified followers of Jesus do AS ONE to grow God’s kingdom in the Albert Lea area? After praying over this question with a group of businessmen and pastors, we came up with four primary initiatives:

•Service projects in the communities.
•Short-term mission trips.
•Recovery ministry.
•Leadership training. Our goal is to build platforms that provide high-impact opportunities for Christians to passionately serve according to their giftedness, so that the power of Christ’s resurrection will be evident to everyone in our region.
