Philadelphia Missions Trip❤️🔥
27 people said yes to going, serving, loving, and being obedient — and God did far more than we could have imagined.
Our time was spent primarily in Kensington. We had the privilege of encountering people from all walks of life — people experiencing homelessness, addiction, hardship, loneliness, and those simply searching for hope. But more than anything, we witnessed the Holy Spirit move. We saw lives encounter Jesus, hearts surrender to Him, and our own hearts forever changed in the process.
We opened the doors of the church and hosted a service where three of our own shared their testimonies, served free pancakes to the neighborhood, poured into kids through ministry, and simply made space for people to come and encounter Jesus.
One of the most powerful moments was hearing people in the neighborhood say they hadn’t seen the church doors open like this in a long time.
All because of obedience. All because someone said yes.
This trip reminded us that sometimes our “yes” is the very thing God wants to use to reach someone who has been waiting for hope.
