Dwelling Place was birthed out of a group of young adults who gathered together on random summer nights to worship, pray, and seek the Lord in reckless abandonment. Our services are intentionally simple with just a keyboard, our voices, and most importantly, our hearts postured in complete surrender to King Jesus. Our desire is to pursue and know Christ and Him crucified—to behold the Lamb of God
and in response, He has proven to be so faithful and kind to us. We have seen incredible things happen: friendships deepen, lives restored, decisions made to follow Christ, healings, and more. Moreover, we believe in the process of building a reservoir of oil and view it as an intentional lifelong pursuit of intimacy with Jesus. As we continually seek His face, this reservoir grows, equipping us to walk in grace and humility, mirroring our likeness to Him with every passing day. This spiritual oil is not something that can be borrowed or quickly gained—it is cultivated in the secret place, through consistent time in God's presence. And when we gather together, our collective oil creates an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is able to move freely.
