I'm cycling toward a world FREE of MS!
I've embarked on a deeply meaningful journey with Bike MS — a profound commitment to changing lives affected by multiple sclerosis. What started as an invitation from friends transformed into a heartfelt mission after attending TOC (Tour of Champions - those who raised more than $12K) my very first year. Meeting individuals battling MS, witnessing the challenges they face, and learning about the impact of the disease ignited a passionate desire within me to make a difference.
By joining forces with Team Audrey Heroes this year, Bike MS has transcended past mere participation in a prestigious cycling event; but rather has become a personal crusade for research and a cure. Each pedal stroke is not just a step closer to completing a dream ride, but a testament to the resilience and strength of those living with MS. By pushing my limits in training and on the road, I'm striving to contribute to a cause larger than myself.
My first year my goal was $1500, but with the support of family & friends I raised over $31K. Year two raised $28K, third year reached over $30K. Leaving me only $10K away from the $100,000 Hall of Fame Wall. Well you guess it... Within 3 days of this year together we raised $31K!!! Wow, what a ride literally. Currently, I am sitting at $57K raised and my 2024 goal is set at $60K. Don't be surprised if we surpass that. I'm so grateful for those who are just as passionate to find a cure as I am.
Though my goal is ambitious, with your support I know it's achievable. With nearly one million individuals in the U.S. alone affected by MS, the need for action is urgent. This devastating disease, with its unpredictable nature, affects every aspect of daily life for those diagnosed.
