We are truly overwhelmed by the goodness of God! What a divine blessing it was to receive such a rich and Spirit-filled exposition on being true disciples of Jesus Christ from Pastor Jonathan, the senior pastor of The Church of the Open Door, San Rafael, and Douglas. Through the Scriptures, we were reminded that we are called, equipped, and sent for the glory of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our hearts rejoiced as the church overflowed with hungry souls eager to hear the Word of God through Pastor Jonathan’s powerful teaching. We are deeply grateful to The Church of the Open Door, San Rafael, for your boundless love, generosity, and partnership in the Gospel.
May the Lord bless each one of you abundantly, and may His glory continue to shine through you in every place you go. All glory and honor be to our God forever!

Brief Report: Jesus Film Outreach – 17th July 2025
Location: Kakoge A Ward, Lira City West, Lango Sub-region, Northern Uganda
Organizer: Barapwo Open Door Community Church

We thank God for the successful Jesus Film outreach held on Thursday, 17th July 2025. Led by Pastor Christopher Odongo, with support from Juma Okello, Jonathan Odongo, and Emmanuel, the event drew over 100 adults and more than 30 children, with others watching from nearby homes and garages.

We praise God for the salvation of two young souls—a boy and a girl. One of them, Winne Akello, also received a powerful spiritual deliverance. Despite strong winds, the Lord held back the rain, allowing the film to be shown to completion.

We are deeply grateful to Beautiful Feet Ministry for providing the projector, a vital tool in spreading the Gospel across our region. Special thanks also go to Pastor Josephine for her coordination and support.

Praise Report and Prayer Request for Barapwo Open Door Community Church – Lira, Uganda
We give all glory to God for His grace that is powerfully at work in Barapwo Open Door Community Church here in Lira, Uganda. By His help, our church is growing steadily, and we thank God for the consistent discipleship training we hold every week to build and strengthen the faith of our members.

One of our pressing needs is for Bibles. Many of our members come from nearby villages and do not have Bibles of their own. We especially need Bibles in both English and the Lango language to help our people grow deeper in the Word of God.

We invite you, dear brothers and sisters, to continue praying with us — that the Lord will provide these Bibles and continue to equip His people for His work.

We remain grateful for your love, prayers, and support.

Dear Beloved,

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We write to give glory to God for His wonderful work among us. Truly, the Lord is building His Church, and we are humbled to witness more souls being drawn into His saving grace. Each life added is a testimony of God’s mercy and a fulfillment of His promise to pour out His Spirit on all flesh.

As a church, we remain prayerful and expectant. We believe that this is only the beginning of greater things. We trust God for continued growth—not only in numbers but in spiritual depth, love, unity, and impact within our community and beyond. Families will be restored, hearts will be renewed, and the name of Jesus will be lifted high in Barapwo and to the ends of the earth.

Let us continue to serve faithfully, love deeply, and pray fervently. Together, we shall see the glory of God revealed in increasing measure.
