*BORROW VESSELS*
Oil can not be borrowed, but vessels can!
*2 Kings 4:3*
*Then he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors- empty vessels; do not gather just a few.*
This borrowing was not about desperation anymore but about capacity .
It wasn’t another financial borrowing that would lead her and her sons into more poverty and slavery but a borrowing that would stretch her capacity into a place of abundance.
*Do not gather just a few!* The man of God emphasized. This is because capacity dictates the level of provision.
The limit to God’s ability or doing in our lives is not about His inability but rather our readiness and size of our vessels.
Our own supposedly fullness shuts us out from receiving from God.
God is not slow with you; it’s the size of your vessel that’s still too small to contain what He wants to do for you and in you.
Sometimes we take long to see results from God because our capacity is small
Some breakthroughs, manifestations of graces and abilities inside you, are waiting for your capacity to enlarge.
There is a prophetic word that is just waiting for your capacity to grow so it can come to pass.
Multiplying oil is God’s obligation, Ours is to borrow vessels.
*2king 4:6*
*Now it came to pass when the vessels were full, that she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.”And he said to her, “There is not another vessel.” So the oil ceased.*
God is willing to fill as many vessels as we present to Him.
The oil didn’t stop because God ran out of oil but because the widow ran out of vessels.
As long as a man is full and has no room for *MORE*, God can not work.
Lack of capacity excludes us from experiencing God.
*The secret to being filled is being empty!*
Sometimes, all God requires from us is empty vessels.
Make room for more oil.
For as long as there’s room for more, the oil will never run out.
