Before you sleep, hear this prayer…

Heavenly Father,
as I lie down tonight, I place my heart in Your hands.
Forgive me for every mistake I made today,
and wash me with Your peace.

Lord, remove every worry from my mind,
every fear from my heart,
and every burden from my spirit.

I declare that my sleep will be peaceful,
my dreams will be protected,
and my home will be covered by Your presence.

Tonight, restore my strength,
heal my body,
and prepare me for a better tomorrow.

No evil will come near me,
no anxiety will steal my rest,
because You are watching over me.

I sleep in peace,
and I wake in victory.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
