Thy Faith Has Saved Thee

Brother, sister, I say this humbly and for not to be a pulling or trying to get sympathy. The clothes that I have is clothes people gives me. The suit I got on, Brother Moore was with me, and I got it four years ago in Sweden. Pair of shoes, my wife bought it for me. I got another suit over there was give to me in Florida. Another one I got in Finland; two I got in Germany, or not Germany, but Africa. That’s where the clothes comes from. It’s what people give me. Some of them’s hand-me-downs. That’s true. I got a suit from California about five years ago and been wearing it ever since. And it—it’s about six, seven years old when I got it. But what is it? It’s good enough. He didn’t even have but one garment and borrowed somebody’s grave to be laid in.
I could’ve been pretty well off if I’d took all the money people had offered me, but I want to be just as poor as those who come to be prayed for. We’re fellow citizens of the Kingdom of God. I’m not saying that just to be saying. I’m saying it because I want you to know, friends, that the Kingdom of God does not consist of richness or fine clothes. It’s a submitted heart to God, is where God works.

What Is The Attraction On The Mountain?

I imagine when the people wanted a good laugh, they went up and stood before the ark door and laughed. “Why, you said it was going to rain a hundred years ago! Grandpa told me he heard you up here saying it was going to rain, and you're still beating around on this old piece of wood up here. Why don't you get next to yourself?”
But it was God getting ready to confirm a promise and to fulfill a prophecy that His prophet had made. Very unusual! God fulfilling His promise to Noah, while others was laughing. God was also getting ready to make history to show to others, even to this day, that He keeps His Word! No matter how unreal it seems, and unreasonable, He still keeps His Word.

You wasn't saved by the Blood, you're kept saved by the Blood. But you were saved by grace, through faith, believing It. God knocked at your heart because He predestinated you. You looked up and believed it, accepted it. Now the Blood makes an atonement for your sins. Remember, I said, "God does not condemn a sinner for sinning." He's a sinner to begin with. He condemns a Christian for sinning. And then because He has condemned him, Christ took our condemnation. So there's no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, that walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. And if you do anything wrong, it isn't wilfully. You don't sin wilfully. A man that sins wilfully, goes out and wilfully sins, never come into that Body yet. But a man that's once in there, he's dead, and his life is hid in God, through Christ, sealed by the Holy Ghost, and the devil can't even find him, he's so far back in there. He'll have to come out of there before the devil can ever get him. "For you are dead!"

Desperations

And, notice, she wasn't selfish. When God heard her, and answered her prayer and gave her a son, she gave him back to God. And because that she was willing not to be selfish after God had answered her prayer, He gave her a prophet. Oh, that was a extra blessing. Oh, He's just full of them, those little extra things that He gives. Not only a son, but a prophet. And there had been no open vision for many, many years, in Israel. Samuel, the first prophet, for many, many years, because a mother got desperate; that she could have no children, and she was past the age of bearing, probably sixty, seventy years old. And she prayed with desperation, she must have this child! What was it? God had spoke to her, no doubt.
You can't be desperate till God speaks to you. Oh, Church, rise and shake yourself! Pinch your conscience, wake yourself up, in this hour! We must be desperate, or perish! There is coming forth something from the Lord! I know it as THUS SAITH THE LORD. There is coming forth something, and we better get desperate. It's between Life and death. It'll pass through us and we won't see it.

*_First, God. She went in and baked that little cake, and come give it to the prophet. Went right back and baked another one, and another one, and another, and another. And the barrel never went empty, or the cruse dry, until God sent rain on the earth. She put God before her children. She put God before anything else. She taken the Kingdom of God, first.*_

God In His People

There's a fountain open, flowing freely everywhere. Just drink till you just can't drink no more. The tree, if it just drink to what it was allotment, why, it would just always, still in the drought. That's what's the matter with the Christians. They don't drink enough. You want to drink till you just spread out and let somebody else see it. See? Push out. Get a testimony. Commit it to God. Believe it. Step out on it. Claim God's promise. Just commit--commit it to God. Believe it. "Commit thy ways unto the Lord." He will bring it to pass whatever you want.
But He can't do it until…as long as you're holding it. Say, "Now, I will see if I'm any better, and see if this will work." You commit it to Him; forget about the rest of it. Go testifying of things you don't even see. You believe it. It's not what you see; it's what you believe. It's not what you feel. He never did say, "Did you feel it?" He said, "Did you believe it?"
That's how you're saved is by faith. That's how you're healed is by faith. And faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things you don't see, taste, feel, smell, or hear. You just believe it. Act upon it as though it was. Amen.
