The Education Department Headed by Rev. Kukunda Phinehas has today 22/8/2025 received a New Vehicle (Nissan Hard Body) Reg. No. UBR 013P
to enhance service delivery in Education Department. Congratulations to the Entire Education body in the Diocese.
This car was Blessed by Rt. Rev. Amos Magezi and he officially Handed it over to the Department.
A few member representatives of the Education Body were there as witnesses ie Headteachers, St. Paul's Cathedral staff

On 25th March, 2025, the Mothers' Union and Family life headed by their President Canon Jean Nyonyozi Magezi Launched the Mary's Day Celebrations in the entire Diocese of Northwest Ankole. All representatives up to the Archdeaconry level attended the Function at St. Paul's Cathedral.
The Guest Preacher Rev. Barbra T Mugisha the Provincial MU and family life Community Development Co-Ordinator preached about the Values that Mother Mary Portrayed and encouraged all women to do the same.
The Chief Guest who was Mr. Patrick Turyamureeba Commonly known as PAYI called upon all parents to embark on Boy-Child empowerment since the male gender has now become very vulnerable whereby the Diocesan Head of Laity Mr. Christopher Bishaka also.
Mrs. Jannet a wife to Mr. Nobert Muganzi was entered into Mothers' Union
All in all, the day was a success.

Today 22nd March, Rev. Patrick Katurebe together with his family have given thanks to the Lord at Kyenkanga C.O.U, Kakindo parish, kijongo Archdeaconry
Rev. Patrick thnks God for the 25 years as a professional driver before and after receiving Jesus Christ as His lord and Saviour.

He works as the Bishop's (Rt. Rev. Amos Magezi) Driver and A Chaplain.
The Guest Preacher was LR Evan Ayesiga Commonly known as Akacencuzo of Kyaruhanga COU who is also among the people that Rev. Patrick taught and equiped with Driving skills.
All the proceeds were to aid in Building a new Church building at Kyenkanga COU.

He has been an Archdeacon of Kijongo Archdeaconry.

Today 12th Nov, 2024 the Diocese of Northwest Ankole through Lands/Estates/HCT Department has given out 4 heifers to Four Achdeaconries.
These are;
1. Kakinga Archdeaconry
2. Bigyera Archdeaconry
3. Nyabuhikye Archdeaconry
4. Kijongo Archdeaconry

This is after the seating of the Diocesan Synod/council that passed a resolution of starting
a "Send a Cow " project in the Diocese where all the Archdeaconries will be given Cows, then Archdeaconries
will give parishes, Parishes to Sub-parishes, Sub-parishes will give households.
It was also passed that the first offsprings will be given back to the Diocese so that other archdeaconries can also benefit.

Great appreciation goes to the Government of Uganda that gave the 10 Heifers to the Diocese under its "Operation Wealth Creation program"
