Title: YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Genesis 2:18 (KJV): And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
From the beginning of time, God knew that it was not good for man to be alone. He made him a helper.
Our theme scripture is not to be understood in the context of marriage only. It also applies to Christ and His church.
The promise to the Church in this same light is in John 14:18. The Lord said, "I will not leave you comfortless." The Helper suitable for us is the Holy Spirit (John 14:26).
No person who has been filled with the Holy Spirit should feel lonely or alone.
If you ever feel this way, it is an obvious sign that you have not built a strong relationship with the Spirit of God.
He is ever present and is that friend who sticks closer than a brother. His companionship is refreshing and any moment in His presence is uplifting.
You are not alone. The next time the devil tries to convince you otherwise, simply put on some worship music and start to commune with the lover of your soul.
Hallelujah!
