1Corinthians 2:9-10 But, as it is written, "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him"- these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.

HIS HEART OVER HIS HAND

The call to Christianity is a call to a profound depth of love. You were never meant to live a shallow, self-centered Christianity, treating God like a shopping mall where you go only for the needs at hand.

The theme scripture reveals that God has prepared unimaginable things for those who love Him. But how do you access what you can't even imagine? The answer lies in an intimate relationship with His Spirit.

Your walk with God was never meant to be transactional, focused solely on getting what you want.
The things no eye has seen are not reserved simply for those who pray the most, fast the longest, or sow the most seeds.

Although prayer, fasting, and sowing seeds have their own rewards, some things can only be accessed by those who are deeply in love with God. Pursue His heart, not just His hand.

Today, shift your focus. Step away from the "shopping list" prayers and enter into a moment of pure devotion. Spend time in His presence simply telling Him how much you love Him, asking not for what He can give you, but for more of who He is.

John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

DESIGNED FOR DEPENDENCE

In the natural world, growth typically leads to increased independence. As we mature, we eventually leave our parents' care to start our own journey.

​However, in our relationship with our Heavenly Father, growth takes a different path. In our theme scripture, the Lord Jesus teaches us, Apart from me you can do nothing.

In your walk with the Lord, maturity has to be demonstrated through dependence on Him. While natural growth leads to independence, spiritual growth is marked by an increasing practical dependence on God.

​Faith humbles you, drawing you away from self-reliance and leading you to fully rely on Him. How dependent on God are you?

Today, take a moment to surrender your plans, anxieties, and decisions to the Lord. Before you take your next step, pause to pray, consciously inviting Him to be your strength.

1Peter 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.

AN IMPERISHABLE HOPE

When the Bible says in our theme scripture, _"You’re born again to a living hope",_ it means your hope is guaranteed to never disappoint, for God’s kind of hope is unfailing!

Salvation through faith isn't just a present reality, but also a future promise yet to be fully revealed. God has reserved an imperishable inheritance for us in heaven.

As a believer, your confidence should primarily be in the Lord’s grasp. It’s not about you holding onto Him tightly, but Him holding you securely, never letting go.

Jesus assured us, _"My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can sn**ch them out of the Father’s hand"_ (John 10:29). This is the Father’s work, and He always completes what He starts.

Therefore, rest securely in the Father's able hands. Whenever doubt or worry creeps in, declare out loud: "My future is secure, and my hope is alive in Christ." Let this confidence transform how you face today's challenges, looking ahead with absolute certainty that He will never let you go.

CULTIVATING A QUIET SPIRIT

The call to be quiet, as seen in our theme scripture, doesn't necessarily mean being commanded to silence. Rather, it's about being wise enough to know when to speak and how much to say.

While speaking comes naturally to many, cultivating silence requires intentional effort and self-discipline. One of the cardinal markers of grounded spirituality is having a quiet spirit.

By learning to be quiet, you'll shield yourself from the risk of offending others. As Proverbs 10:19 says, "When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent."

A wise person knows when to draw a boundary between their own area of influence and matters that don't require their opinion.

Therefore, challenge yourself to practice the discipline of holy silence. Before you speak, pause and ask yourself: Is this necessary, is it kind, and is it my business? Always step back from the noise and allow your words to be few.

Deuteronomy 8:18 You shall remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

UNDERSTANDING HIS COVENANT

God's purpose in prospering you is not solely for you to accumulate wealth and gain recognition.

​Instead, He is fulfilling the covenant He made with your ancestors; specifically the
Abrahamic covenant in Genesis 12:1–3, which states: "I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing."

​In other words, as a child of God, being a blessing is not an optional choice; it is an integral part of your covenant with God.

​As you seek God's provision, remember that He expects you to be a conduit of His blessings to others. By embracing this role, you will not only experience His abundance but also become a vital source of hope and light in a world in need.

Exodus 4:2-4 The LORD said to him, "What is that in your hand?" He said, "A staff." And he said, "Throw it on the ground." So he threw it on the ground, and it became a serpent, and Moses ran from it. But the LORD said to Moses, "Put out your hand and catch it by the tail"-so he put out his hand and caught it, and it became a staff in his hand.

FROM SERPENT TO STAFF

Moses' staff transforming into a serpent was supernatural, but it takes even more power to turn the serpent back into a staff.

​This scripture speaks to those who have experienced God's mighty work in their lives. God's workings are diverse; some receive gifts of miracles and healings, others operate in the prophetic, some are anointed worshippers, and many experience supernatural wealth.

​However, the greatest challenge is not becoming supernatural, but remaining humble. Can you stay grounded and natural even when God's supernatural work through you is undeniable?

​Unfortunately, some people change their appearance, accent, and behavior, even becoming selective in who they greet; the moment God starts working in their lives.

​Pride is trying to take ownership of what God is doing. You have the choice to remain humble and "natural" even when God is working supernaturally through you.

Bite: The greatest challenge is not becoming supernatural, but remaining humble. Can you stay grounded and natural even when God's supernatural work through you is undeniable?

Prayer: Father, I thank you for the things you're doing in me. I refuse to be puffed up by pride but stay humble because I know who is at work in me. Whether it is glory, wealth or fame, none of those things move me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Philippians 2:17 Even if I am to be poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrificial offering of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.

POURED OUT FOR THE KINGDOM

There is a difference between offering something to serve God and becoming the offering itself.

​In our theme scripture, Paul has reached a point where he rejoices in being poured out as a drink offering, surrendering everything to God.

​As you become the offering unto God, all boundaries fade. Your time, resources, and possessions merge with His; you hold nothing back because everything already belongs to Him.

​This is your invitation to a higher life. The world needs people who are completely consumed by God's purpose. Are you ready to offer Him your all?

Acts 20:24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

UNMOVED: A RESOLVE TO SERVE GOD

When the Apostle Paul states in our theme scripture, _"...none of these things moves me"_ (Acts 20:24), he is talking about things that actually threatened his very life.

​The Holy Spirit testified to him that imprisonments and persecutions awaited him as he preached the gospel (Acts 20:23). Yet, he remained resolute to move forward.

​Today, you find Christians giving up ministry because someone spoke ill of them, they aren't accorded due respect, or they don't feel appreciated enough.

​You can’t control the circumstances, but you can control your conviction. No matter what comes your way, make the firm decision to stay unmoved in your ministry toward God.

​The Apostle Paul, in our theme scripture, was willing to risk even his own life, saying, _"...neither count I my life dear unto myself"_ (Acts 20:24). He was ready to give up anything and everything as far as fulfilling his purpose was concerned.

​Child of God, what moves you? What determines your course of action? Is there anything that can cause you to give up on the call of God for your life?

Choose to remain unmoved.
