*Day 9/40*

Genesis 12:3 NIV
_[3] I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”_

This verse contains a pivotal promise made by God to Abraham, marking the beginning of plan that would eventually encompass the whole world.
The covenant was not just about God favouring one man or one family, it was about establishing a channel through which God's goodness could reach every corner of the globe. God's commitment to protect and prosper Abraham was directly linked to a much larger purpose: the blessing of all the people on earth.

The statement "I will bless those who bless you" shows God's active involvement in the lives of His people. It reveals a God who is protective and fiercely loyal to those He has called. However the most significant part of this verse is the final promise: all the people on earth will be blessed through you. This was a prophetic look forward to the coming of Jesus Christ, a descendant of Abraham who would offer ultimate blessing of salvation and reconciliation to every nation.

We are blessed to be a blessing. God's favour in our lives is rarely meant to stop with us. Like Abraham we are called to be channels of blessings whether through our resources or words or our actions. We are invited to participate in God's global mission of spreading grace. When we understand that we are part of this long line of promised blessings, it gives our daily interactions a sense of divine purpose.

*PRAYER 🤲🙏*

Heavenly father

I thank you for the incredible promise of the covenant you made with Abraham which extends to me today through Jesus Christ. Thank you for your protection and favour. Help me to remember that I am blessed so that I may be a blessing to others. Open my eyes to the needs of the people around me and give me a generous heart to share your love and kindness. May my life be a channel for your goodness to reach the world.

In Jesus Name, Amen

*Day 6/40*

2 Peter 3:9 NIV
_[9] The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance._

This verse reveals the heart of God's timing and desire for humanity. It addresses the misconceptions of God's slowness and highlights His patience and longing for salvation.

God's timing can often feel slow to us, especially when we are waiting for answers to prayers or changes in difficult situations. However this verse teaches us that what we perceive as slowness is actually God's patience. His timing is not based on negligence or forgetfulness but on his merciful desire for many to come to repentance.

"Not wanting anyone to perish" tells us about God's deep love for all humanity. It's a reminder that Gods plan and action are always driven by love and desire for a relationship with each other. This perspective helps us to see the delays and waiting periods in our lives not as devine indifference but as opportunities for growth for ourselves and others.

*PRAYER 🤲🙏*

Lord in a world where we always hurry and want quick solutions, your word reminds us of the value of your divine patience. Help us to understand and embrace your timing, trusting that you are not slow in your promises but are patient, desiring salvation for all.
May we learn to see our waiting periods as opportunities to witness your unfolding plan, trusting your timing is always the best.

In Jesus Name, Amen 🙏🏻

*Day 5/40*

Mark 10:27 NIV
_[27] Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”_

Jesus spoke these words after His disciples expressed shock at how difficult it seemed for anyone to be saved. He was addressing the reality that human effort, wealth or status can never bridge the gap between us and God. On our own, the hurdles of life and the demands of righteousness are truly impossible to meet.

However Jesus immediately pivots from human limitation to devine capability. By saying all things are possible with God, He reminds us that God is not restricted by rules of nature, religious norms, the depth of our problems or scale of our needs. Where we see a dead end, God sees a highway. where we see a closed door, God sees a brand new beginning.

This truth applies to every area of our lives. You may be facing a situation today that feels immovable. From human perspective, it may indeed be impossible. But when we bring God into the equation, the mathematics changes 😁. He specialises on the very things we have given up on.

Trusting in God's possibility means letting go of the need to figure the *HOW?* by ourselves. It is an invitation to stop staring at the mountain and start looking at the one who created it.
Today take heart in the fact that your limitations are the platform for God's power. There's is nothing too hard for him and no situation is beyond his reach.

Day 4/40

1 Peter 4:8 NIV
_[8] Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins._

Dear brethren, our verse of the day places love at the forefront of every Christians walk. To love each other deeply goes far beyond superficial affection. Here we are looking at a sincere heartfelt concern for the wellbeing of others. A love that is patient, kind and selfless (Read 1 Corinthians 13). This kind of love mirrors the heart of Christ, offers a reflection of unconditional and sacrificial way He has loved us.

When the Bible says Love covers a multitude of sin, it directly addresses the redemptive and healing quality of Grace. It doesn't mean love ignores the wrongdoings or avoids accountability but rather it chooses a path of forgiveness and restoration over resentment and exposure of ones weaknesses.

When we love deeply, we are more inclined to over look faults and extend mercy, recognizing that we are also recipients of God's unmerited favour.

Therefore the moment we prioritise love, we shall be actively seeking the good of others and become quick to forgive by showing the same mercy we have been shown. Our lives become a living testimony to the power of the gospel.

In summary, consider how you can let love lead your interactions, allowing it to act as a force that unites and restores.

*LOVE ALWAYS WINS*(John 15:17)

*Day 2/40*

John 14:1 NIV

_[1] “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God ; believe also in me._

Jesus spoke these tender words on the night of crucifixion. He knew the disciples were about to face a whirlwind of confusion, grief and fear. Sensing their internal turmoil, He did not offer a complex strategy or political solution, instead He offered Himself. He urged then to anchor thier trust in His character and sovereignty of the father.

A troubled heart is often the result of focusing on the what ifs, and the storms surrounding us. Like Peter walking on the water, we do well as long as we fix our eyes on Jesus, the moment we shift our attention to the waves or the strength of the wind, fear begins to sink us.
Jesus' command is a call to refocus. It's an invitation to move from a state of agitation to a state of active reliance on His promises.

Trust is not a passive feeling but a deliberate choice to surrender our anxieties to the one who is in control. When we believe in Him, we acknowledge that His love is greater than our problems and His plan is more secure than our circumstances.
This faith doesn't necessarily remove the storm, but it provides a supernatural stability that allows us to stand firm within it.

*Prayer 🤲*

Heavenly Father,

I come to you with a heart that is often troubled by the challenges of this life, forgive me for the times I have focused on my problems than your power. Help me to trust you more deeply. Surrendering my fears and uncertainties into your hands
Fix my eyes on Jesus so that I may experience the peace that only He can provide. Thank you for being my constant refuge and strength.

In Jesus Name..... Amen 🙏

Deae Lord, We Thank You for waking us up and giving us another day. As we ease into it, help us move with Your wisdom. When decisions come, guide us gently in the right direction.

If things start to feel rushed or heavy, slow us down. Give us patience in the small moments and courage for whatever feels bigger than us.

Open our eyes to the simple blessings around us — the quiet, the light, the people we’ll cross paths with. Help us see the good in them. Let our words be thoughtful and our actions kind, so we leave peace wherever we go.

Watch over the ones we love today, and even the ones we don’t know yet.
Thank You for walking with us through it all.
We pray these in the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.

GRACE AS DIVINE ENABLEMENT

2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) says: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”

This scripture is one of the most powerful revelations of how God works in the life of a believer. Paul was facing a difficult moment, something that weakened him and made him feel unable to continue by his own strength. Yet God did not remove the challenge. Instead, He gave Paul grace, a divine empowerment that turns weakness into strength and inability into capability.

God was teaching Paul that His grace is not just unmerited favor, but a supernatural strength that lifts a person beyond human limits. In our moments of weakness, when we feel empty or broken, God does not expect us to survive by our own ability. He steps in with His divine enablement and fills us with His supernatural strength.

When we talk about grace for a fresh start, we are considering grace as divine empowerment to do something that you cannot do by your natural strength and ability. Fresh starts are not always born from happy places. Many times they come after pain, disappointment, or failure. When you choose to start again, you are often weak, discouraged, or even broken inside. This is where grace becomes more than a comforting idea, it becomes the power that lifts you up and helps you rise again.

Grace gives us strength to do what we could never do by our own ability. It empowers you to forgive, to move forward, to rebuild, to overcome, and to try again even when you feel like you have nothing left. That is why God comes to supply you with strength to start over and move on. He does not leave you to figure out life by yourself. His strength becomes your strength, and His power becomes your ability.

So allow Him to perfect you. Your weakness and brokenness are not excuses for agreeing with your condition. You are not meant to stay down. God wants to shape your weakness into a testimony of His strength. When you surrender your brokenness to Him Bless

BOLDNESS IN THE GRACE OF GOD

Hebrews 4:16 NKJV says, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

God is inviting us to come before Him with confidence, not with fear or shame. The “throne of grace” represents God’s presence, where His mercy and help are always available. To come “boldly” means to approach Him without hesitation, knowing that we are loved and accepted through Jesus Christ. God’s throne is not a place of punishment, but a place of forgiveness, restoration, and grace. Whenever we face challenges, weakness, or guilt, this verse reminds us that help is found only in His presence.

You have to understand the meaning of grace. It simply means the undeserved favor and kindness of God. Grace is not something we earn by doing good; it is a free gift given to us because of His love. You may feel that you don’t deserve the goodness of God or His help because of your mistakes or the wrongs you have done. But that’s exactly why you need grace. God’s grace is for the undeserving.

If you believe and accept the grace of God, then you don’t need to feel unworthy or reject yourself before Him. Don’t condemn yourself. Accept the grace of God. It is not your past or your weakness that defines you before God; it is His grace. Don’t allow your mistakes to make you run away from God. The Word of God today says, “Come boldly to the throne of grace.”

Many Christians find it hard to come before God when they have done wrong because their conscience judges them. But if you have the same experience today, remember that the Word of God says, “Come boldly to the throne of grace.” I want to advise you today, don’t run away from God when you make mistakes or when you are in trouble. Run towards Him and receive His grace and mercy.

God will not judge or reject you. When you come to Him in your time of need He will not ask you where were you all this time? He is not a human being to ask you that kind of
