Position Overview
The Radio Presenter will be responsible for hosting programs, engaging listeners, conducting interviews, and delivering inspiring and informative content that aligns with the station’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Present and host radio programs in a lively and professional manner
Prepare and research content for shows, interviews, and discussions
Operate studio equipment and ensure smooth broadcast operations
Engage with listeners through calls, messages, and social media
Collaborate with the production team to develop creative program ideas
Uphold Christian values and maintain a positive on-air presence
Qualifications
Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
Must be a born-again Christian with a strong testimony of faith
Resident of Tabora or willing to relocate to Tabora
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swahili and English
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for Christian media
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Experience in radio presenting or production is an added advantage
