1963 年正式成立了中正堂區，包括中正（過坑）、法治（武界）、萬豐（曲冰）
三個部落由陳振宗神父管理。
1964 年賴神父接任本堂後就在各村落造了神父宿舍，同時也成立婦女會，協
助當地婦女們。協進會的成立，幫助堂區許多事務。協進會在未成立之前，每個
村落成立教會的班長會。
