高市草衙無極天元聖道院（順天聖母 三奶夫人） 主要是發揚順天聖母 臨水夫人 濟世救人的精神！

無極天元聖道院為壹兩層樓之建築物，一樓供奉道教神聖，主祀神聖為順天聖母、三奶夫人，陪祀神聖有三聖尊(玄玄上人、東方木公大天尊及西方瑤池金母大天尊之簡稱)、三官大帝、三恩主(關聖帝君、呂仙祖、及九天灶君之簡稱)、皇媽、地母、斗姆星君、太歲星君、濟公禪師、福德公公及中壇元帥等。二樓供奉為佛教神佛，主祀神佛為三聖佛，陪祀神佛有南無本師阿彌陀佛、準提佛母、藥師佛、地藏王菩薩等。本院為一佛道雙修、清淨之道場，提供有緣有心精進之眾生一個共修之場所。
