安霞宮：主祀神：開漳聖王、開漳聖王夫人（聖王奶）、李、馬二元帥
前案桌供俸福德正神、中壇元帥、天上聖母、觀音菩薩。
後殿恭奉神尊：
一樓 中 斗母元君、左 三恩主公、右 註生娘娘、兩邊六十太歲星君
二樓 中 聖王之聖父「祚昌佑侯」陳政、左 聖王之子「昭貺通感文英公」陳珦
右 聖王之女「柔懿慈濟夫人」陳懷玉
三樓 中 聖王之祖母「濟順嘉淑夫人」魏媽 、左 文昌帝君 、右 三山國王.
正殿右邊 馬使爺
位於大林鎮西林里仁愛路2號。
