一、成立宗旨:
發揚媽祖慈悲為懷精神，協助公益團體，以歡喜的心為社會服務及宣揚媽祖信仰文化。
二、參加資格
無論任何宗教、黨派只要擁有一顆善良、歡喜、慈悲的心及服務的熱誠皆可加入。
三、此社團無實體組織,透過網路集結理念相同者一起當志工，有活動時一起參與。
四、團員守則
(1)不假藉媽祖名義圖利個人。
(2)無不良嗜好及不守法之情形。
(3)歡喜心參與活動，以家庭、事業為重，參與本團活動為輔。
(4)擁有一顆奉獻的心，相互扶持、勉勵，珍惜媽祖情緣之態度從事本團活動。
