本宮供奉有:天上聖母、千里眼、順風耳、福德正神、註生娘娘、五營旗、虎 83年6月8日吉時動工興建本宮，始有現今之內陳與外觀，雖未見富麗堂皇卻可窺其莊嚴肅穆，同年十一月初五日吉時，安龍入火，鎮殿媽祖奉安寶座，玉旨定名為慈聖宮，並供奉金精水精兩將軍、福德正神、註生娘娘、虎爺與值年太歲星君，設置光明燈，爾後香火鼎盛廣結善緣。
