We had such an awesome time in youth meeting today. It is always great spending time with each other, learning and growing more and more in the things of God.

Today we focused on the topic of confidence.We know that true confidence only comes from him. God has equipt us and given us the ability to be bold and confident when we step out into the world to represent him.

When we are confident, we are better able to fulfill the purposes and calling that God has given to us. We are able to do this because we are not overly concerned about people's opinion of us. We are not eager for people to accept us based on their standards. We don't want to "fit in" but we want to be bold and to stand out, putting God's principles and standards first and above all.

We see that in Exodus 4:10-15 Moses lacked confidence. But we know that through God he was able to be bold, carry out the mandate of God and fulfill purpose. Be confident. Trust God to deliver you from everything holding you back from being yourself. Lack of confidence breeds fear and we know that fear is not of God. Also, Love yourself and in return extend that love of Christ within you to others. Be blessed everyone.
