The Spirit That Makes People Fight Their Divine Helpers
There is a dangerous spirit that enters a person’s life and begins to turn them against the very people sent by God to help them. This spirit blinds the mind, hardens the heart, and creates unnecessary offense, suspicion, pride, and rebellion.
A divine helper is anyone God has positioned to lift you, support you, guide you, or open doors for your destiny. But when this spirit is at work, instead of receiving help, a person begins to resist, fight, insult, or disconnect from their helpers.
Signs of This Spirit
You feel irritated or offended by people who genuinely want to help you
You misinterpret good intentions as bad motives
Pride makes you feel you don’t need anyone
You easily cut off relationships that are meant to bless you
You listen to wrong voices instead of wise counsel
What Causes It?
1. Pride – “I don’t need help” mentality
2. Past hurts – projecting old pain onto new relationships
3. Spiritual manipulation – negative forces influencing your mind
4. Wrong associations – people who poison your thoughts
5. Destiny opposition – when your breakthrough is near, resistance increases
Biblical Insight
Many people in the Bible fought their helpers:
