ALBANIA IS NOT FOR SALE.

For years, powerful men have treated countries like pieces on a Monopoly board. An island here, a coastline there, a protected wetland somewhere else. If there is enough money involved, they assume history, nature, and local communities can simply be moved aside.

and his circle may believe that influence can buy anything, but the streets of Albania are reminding the world of a timeless truth: people are not real estate, and nations are not luxury brands.

More than 100,000 voices have risen to defend their coastline, their wildlife, and their dignity against a controversial resort project linked to Jared Kushner. The message is simple and powerful:

A country is not for sale.

Money can purchase land. It cannot purchase belonging.
Power can open doors. It cannot silence conscience forever.
And no matter how wealthy or connected someone may be, there will always come a moment when ordinary people decide that enough is enough.

The flamingos, the forests, the sea, and the memory of a nation deserve more than becoming a backdrop for another billionaire playground.

Not everything has a price.

Some artists paint what they see. David Hockney taught us how to see.

From the sunlit pools of California to the quiet landscapes of Yorkshire, he spent more than six decades reminding us that light is not just something that falls on objects, but something that gives life meaning. He embraced every new tool, every new technology, every new way of looking, yet never lost his sense of wonder.

As I look through old photographs from the 1970s, I am reminded of the optimism, color and freedom that lived so naturally in his work. Hockney never painted nostalgia. He painted presence. He made ordinary moments feel extraordinary.

Today we say goodbye to one of the great eyes of our time. His paintings remain, still bright, still curious, still inviting us to look a little closer.

Thank you, David.

Love Life.

The 1980s arrived brighter, louder and faster. Ambition was everywhere, and so was color. Yet beneath the glamour, these photographs reveal something more enduring: people, moments and stories frozen in time. showed us that looking carefully is an act of love. Today these images feel less like nostalgia and more like a celebration of a life fully observed.

Goodbye πŸ‘‹πŸΌ
The 1970s carried a different rhythm. More personal, more rebellious, more colorful. There was a certain confidence in the air, a belief that individuality was something to celebrate. As I turn these pages, I see the spirit that David Hockney captured so effortlessly: sunlight, friendship, style and the quiet beauty of ordinary days. A decade that understood how to live vividly.

✨ 2026
Because life is simply too short to tie shoelaces.

A bold new collection that merges Italian luxury with the unmistakable feeling of:

β€œDid I accidentally leave the house in my slippers?”

Yes.
