We, the University of Life Church, would like to wish our Pastor, leader, and shepherd a very special happy birthday. We appreciate you for your time, love, and dedication toward the church. Year after year, we have watched you go above and beyond to make sure we are spiritually fed and cared for in every way in between.

You have fathered many of us, married many of us, counseled many of us, and you never neglect to call or send a message just to check in. Thank you for being so lovingly dedicated to the work of the Kingdom, not only through ULC, but through every assignment God has placed in your hands.

We see the way you lead and love your family well, and you do the same for the church, your businesses, and every occupation entrusted to you. We are indeed blessed to have such a selfless man of God leading us.

We pray that this year of ascension takes you to heights you have never seen before, that you reach places where you will know it could have only been God. We know you will journey humbly, continuing to do all you can for all you can. You have given your time, talent, treasure, and yourself day in and day out. Now it is time for you to bask in the blessings that God will do specifically for you after years of faithful sowing.

Enjoy the ride. Enjoy the view. Enjoy the journey. Enjoy the fruits of your labor. Enjoy the best that God can give, and know that everything you love, everything you protect, and everything you pray about daily will be well taken care of in the hands of God.

This year, your decision making will reflect the wisdom, solutions, and answers that only God can provide. The things you have seen from the north, south, east, and west shall be placed right into your hands. Your prayers and concerns will be answered one after another.

We know God is calling you higher, and we want you to know that we are standing with you, not only holding up your arms, but journeying, following, and fighting alongside you.

We honor you. We love you. And we pray that you truly take in this day, and not just this day, but the rest of this month. You are worthy of the celebration. You are worthy of the flowers. You are worthy of the handclaps. You are worthy of the honor.

When God tells us to shift, that’s exactly what we do.

Tuesday was no ordinary service, As we sat with our campus Pastors of ULC- Southaven, Linita and Brandon Jackson, service was filled with teaching, testimony, faith-filled conversations, building, wisdom and impartation.

In this season, just as we have in many before, we are trusting and adjusting to God’s direction. It’s okay when He calls us to do something different; in fact, it’s necessary.

I believe this year we have tilled the ground for breakthrough, building, foundation, and so much more. And I’m excited to see what God is about to do; not next, but NOW. Thank You to our visitors whether in person or online!

For one year, God instructed us to plant and pray.
He sent us to Southaven with a clear mandate:
REVIVE Southaven.

Now, as we go deeper in Him, the instruction has shifted,
BUILD Southaven.

Not by opinion.
Not by preference.
But according to His Word.

We are not just gathering…

We are not just praying…

First Year Church Anniversary – Part 2 | Tuesday Night Revival | Women’s Night 🔥

What an incredible night we experienced during our Tuesday Night Revival for Women’s Night as we continued celebrating our First Year Church Anniversary!

We were blessed with a powerful word from Prophetess Deona, coming from Judges chapter 4! If you didn’t catch it, take time to go back and read the entire chapter and watch the replay. There was truly a life-changing revelation released that you NEED! The word reminded us to hide God’s truth in our hearts so we can make sound decisions, remain encouraged, and be confident in who we are as women of God.

One powerful takeaway was this:
God is a mighty and powerful God, and we must be mindful of our drift. We must stay anchored and remember even when things around us shifts. Even in tough seasons. And In moments when we feel like we can’t hear His voice, we are never without direction! We have His Word. His Word keeps us grounded, aligned, and strengthened. 🙌🏾

We were also reminded that the enemy is strategic, but so is our God. What we declare and what we believe about God matters. When we truly know Him, His love, His power, and His nature, it empowers us to live fruitful, obedient, and purpose-filled lives because it’s His Will for us. Our identity, our strength, and our victory are rooted in what we know about our Savior.

We are so grateful for this two-night celebration—for every person who attended, tuned in live, supported, and walked with us during this first year journey. 💪🏾

We are excited about what God is building, and we, the laborers, are ready. Stay Tuned because SUNDAY SERVICES are SOON! 🆙

And to wrap up National Women’s History Month, Prophetess Deona Benson released a life-changing word tonight. Women came from all over, and we know they left encouraged, inspired, restored, and determined.

The word was straight from God’s heart to His leading ladies. Women who know what it feels like when life tries to bring you to your knees. From the many hats women wear daily to the silent battles they fight, tonight was a reminder that God sees it all and has given us a built in solution!

One sobering truth Prophetess Deona shared is that we must never forget our identity. No matter what, we cannot take off the coat of a woman. We cannot take off the coat of a WOMAN OF GOD. We must remain rooted in who we are, even when everything around us is shifting, because that identity carries power, authority, and the reminder that we do not have to stay stuck.

She highlighted two powerful women in the book of Judges. Deborah and Jael, who showed us what it looks like to walk boldly in purpose and authority. We’ll share more on that tomorrow, but just know: God moved, lives were changed, minds were cleared, and hearts were refreshed.

Family, it’s International Women’s Month, and we want to personally invite you to ULC Southaven tomorrow at 7 PM!

Prophetess Deona Benson is bringing an intentional word for every woman—women in ministry, mothers, first ladies, aunties, business owners, and every woman in between, whether you’re in church or out of church.

This will be a night of impartation, empowerment, and transformation. Bring your sisters, bring your friends, and even the men in your life need to be in the building.

Get there early—something life-changing is going to happen! 🔥

What an amazing year it has been! We give God all the glory for His provision, His protection, and His undeniable favor as we have faithfully tilled the ground in Southaven, planting ULC Southaven just as He instructed. 🙌🏾

We are so grateful for the faithful leaders who made the sacrifice to travel every Tuesday to help build, and for the campus Pastors God has strategically put in place, Pastors Brandon and Linita Jackson. Watching the vision unfold right before our eyes with such grace has been nothing short of incredible. 🔥

Last night was truly unforgettable. We are so thankful for who God chose to come and bless the house. Apostle Jarvys Jones, we are forever grateful for you and your church family, The Peculiar Church (Our Family). That word will continue to feed us as we meditate on it throughout this year. 🤯🔥💪🏾

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Here’s to ONE YEAR ULC- Southaven! We are excited and expectant for all that God will do next.
