Our former Bible-School graduate Mandela has went to a mission-trip to the eastern parts of South Sudan in the boarder areas to Kenya as we want to expand our work to unreached tribes. We look forward to what God will plant among these people!

We are very lucky to have elected two great leaders that will work shaping our headquarter in Gudele, Juba. Pastor Mutwakil Liwa Abdallah was elected as our new leader in CELPA South Sudan and Ali Khamis Hakim was elected secretary in our General Conference in March. Here we see them in our new main-office in Juba working out the plans and our strategies for our church-community. We look forward to working with them in the future! 👍🏾

In the end of March we had a good conference with the leaders of our church-community. Pastor Iskander Abdllah Liwa was elected as a new leader of CELPA South Sudan. He is also headmaster of our Bible-School in Juba. In him we have gotten a solid and visionary leader. We thank pastor Cizario Odu for his faithful service as a leader for 8 years. He will continue to serve as a senior pastor in Zion, Juba. Ali Khamis was elected as a secretary and will form our headquarter together with Iskander Abdllah Liwa in Gudele, Juba. Evangelist Samuel Malish has served very well in Bethesda, Yei for more than two years and was ordained to be a pastor. The conference was supervised by Bishop Augustin Anyasi from CELPA Ituri.

We are very proud of our congregation in Yei. After the construction has been set back by the corona restrictions for many months they have now started building the walls of the church 💪🏾👏🏾

We continue to distribute some help in the difficult crisis that has hit South Sudan very hard because of the measures to stop the corona virus. Our church in Yei distributed food-aid to 20 families last week

The measures to stop the corona virus has hit South Sudan very hard and a lot of people are suffering and starving. We are blessed to get the possibility to help a little bit in this crisis. Our church Zion Juba delivered flour and beans to 30 families today

The work of God is both practical and spiritual. Evangelist Samuel Malish travelled direct to Yei after finishing the Bible School in Juba and restarted our congregation there. Now they are working to make bricks for building the church. In Juba we have bought a motor-bike for the Bible-school so the students can work a bit next to their studies.
