Topic: A research about Moses Family
Exidus 2:1-2 Moses is a Levite himself but grown up in Egypt as an Egyptian who knew himself a Israelites. Therefore, Moses, after he grew up, killed an Egyptian man due to colonisation enforced to Israelites by Egyptian people. He later ran away to median, where he stayed in the house of Jethro, also known as Reul.
Exodus 2:14-15 Jethro, the priest of median, gave him his daughter for marriage, and Moses stayed there until God called him while tending the flocks of his father in law.
Exodus 2:21 The first wife of Moses was Zipporah who bore him two sons Gerhsom and Eliezer Exidus 18:3-4 so Zipporah is the daughter of Jethro, she is not a Cush*te but a Medianites because her father is a Medianite.
Moses before call was married. That's before he liberated the Israelites out of Egypt. After his call and send back to Egypt According to God's commands he left to say goodbye to his father in-law Jethro Exodus 4:18 and the Lord met Moses while going back to Egypt and about to kill him because of his uncircumcised boy but Zipporah help Moses by circumcised the boy instantly.
With the first wife, there is no argument from anyone, whether Mariam or Aaron, because Aaron met Moses in the desert while with his wife Zipporah. Exodus 4:27 the Lord said to Aaron to meet Moses in the desert.
In Numbers 12:1, Mirriam and Aaron began to talk against Moses because of his wife, the Cush*te. This is the second wife. She is not Medianite but a Cush*te. When you read from verse 1 to you, you can learn of what had happened and the consequences faced by the accusers Mirriam and Aaron.
God himself clearly said; I should be compassionate on whom I should be compassionate. God himself came down to rebuke Aaron and Mirriam to solve the marriage problem of Moses as he did to his servant Abraham. Those who conclude that Moses has one wife are in error for Moses, who has a Medianite and a Cush*te wife. The first wife, before the liberation of Israelites and the second wife after the liberation of the Israelites. Those who conclude that Moses has one wife are in error. God who cared for his servants rebuked Mirriam severely, and also, he was the same God who brought back the wife of Abraham from the scorching desert.
God care and he clearly said: Isaiah 55:8 my ways are not your ways and my thoughts not your thoughts.
